I kept forgetting to rate these guys, but hands down the best experience I've ever had with a used car dealership (maybe any dealership period). The guys helped me out pretty quick, were communicative over text, and even DROVE TO ME to buy my car. That's unheard of.
I'll only be referring my friends to them in the future buying or selling. 5 stars.

We just came here today to have our vehicle service and we were so sad to see the Dyer Road facility closed. He was the best mechanic. Our daughter went to CSULB, so far away, she could bring her car in and he immediately dealt with it. (A parents dream) ironically, we just came to pick up a van that we bought for my brother, as he passed away. I brought it here to Santa Ana to have Saad look at it before we drive the desert. I am devastated that he is not here. I am going to try and find him, and if you find him, I promise you, you will not be sorry. Honest, reasonable, and an excellent mechanic not to mention a stellar human being. Sorry we missed him.

Another great experience with Unique Auto. A few years ago, after going through different estimates, we sold a Porsche Macan to Unique Autos. It was a smooth, easy transaction with Umair, the owner, and his staff. 3 days ago, my sister called me and asked me to help selling her Red BNW. I sent her straight to Umair and he had assigned his brother Mahmood to help her. They offered her a fair price based on KBB cash offer, very straight forward, no haggle, no game. The whole transaction including car checking, price negotiation, paperwork, final check cut to her took less than 1.5 hr. She was also extremely happy on how easy the transaction was and how nice, courteous, friendly and professional Mahmood was. We totally recommend this dealership if you are in need of buying or selling a used car. They are very straight forward, nice people and would not waste your time.

I was referred here by my sister, Kristen. She had sold 2 cars to Unique Autos. She also referred my other sister who sold 1 car to them. I am now the 4th car who has sold to them. Umair & Ahmed are extremely personable and offer great prices! They definitely beat Carmax & Carguru! I recently sold my car to Unique Autos. They responded to my add, made me a good offer and were out to my house within an hour. We went to a bank and they made a cashiers check out for the car. Ive never sold a car this easy and without a bunch of haggling and drama. I will contact them directly before I post another car for sale.....Thanks Ahmed and your brother...

I saved a lot of time thanks to Unique Autos. The company owners have the vehicle-buying process down to a T, are very transparent and trustworthy. Within 30 minutes of meeting Mahmood, I was given a competitive appraisal; digital and hard copies of all the necessary paperwork as well as a check while heading out in a complimentary e-taxi. As I felt that I was in good hands at Unique Autos, I chose the family-run business over another car-purchasing company that was offering me $500.00 more. Umair, Mahmood, Ahmed and Pancho could not have been any more professional and were truly there for me throughout the entire process.

It is hard to part ways with the car i tried to maintain for the life of it and the time came when it's time to give it a new home. My first time selling a car and tried to call and talk to quite a few dealers. I called Unique Autos and talked to Umair and instantly he made it seem very easy and comfortable to deal. It was fast and no nonsense deal, came around to check out my car with his brother Ahmed and they made me feel at home. They are respectful and kind, and listens to you and not feel pressured at all. Hopefully there's alot more people like them. Thank you Umair and Ahmed! Fully recommended!!

First time selling my lease car. Simply quick and easy, and they are very nice to deal with. They also beat the offer that was offered to me by other dealers. They pay off my lease company and cut me a check for the rest. Super easy and quick. They were also nice enough to give me a ride home after. Thank you, Mahmood and Unique Autos! Seriously the bedtmost convenient vehicle selling experience I've ever had! I got quotes through the usual suspects, but Unique was able to best it and made the choice simple. Abid was knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly and was patient in answering any questions I had (not to mention very personable). Highly recommend them and hope to work with them in the future for any related needs.

If you are selling your car this company is the only way to go. Ahmed was very professional at all times, gave me a fair value for my car (which of course was above Carmax or my local new car dealership offer), was prompt and an effective communicator which is very rare when you go to sell your car instead of trading it in. Ahmed also went over the top and used his industry connections to get me a better deal on the new car that I was purchasing on my own. Five stars is not enough for this operation!!!

Ahmed was great to deal with. He was very professional and friendly and he price matched all the other car trade in services available and beat the prices. I would definitively recommended Ahmed since he was quick, dependable, and reliable. I would have love to have kept my car but had to sell quick and Ahmed was the right guy. Really appreciate you!!
