  Majid was awesome. I went to look at a BMW 5 series and was blown away. I had not considered this car as an option originally but after showing me all the features and sharing his knowledge I fell in love with then car. Majid was very friendly and very respectful. He was very easy to work with and made this buying process stress-free. All the cars on the lot were in excellent condition and in top shape.

  Low pressure, honest, friendly people. Very happy with the car I bought, not to mention the deal was also very smooth and easy- fastest dealer transaction I have ever had. No stupid hidden $3000 paint fee or tracker or whatever else a lot of places like to add, just listed price+tax

  I Highly recommend Ultimate Autoline for a used car purchase. I had been searching and going to so many different used car places, test driving cars etc. only to be disappointed because cars weren't what they seemed once you got there, the sales people were pushy and weren't to knowledgeable about cars they were selling.I finally went to Ultimate Autoline to see and test drive a VW SUV and loved it! Majid and another gentleman working that day were awesome! We were able to test drive the SUV and even have it checked by our mechanic with no problems! That gave me peace of mind because this was a big purchase for my family, we needed a car we could feel safe in! We were treated with respect, all of our questions were answered by Majid he was very knowledgeable about the SUV and we left that day very happy with our purchase after searching for so long.Thank you again Majid! We will recommend you to all of our family and friends.

  Highly recommend.I will say this much, Majid was very helpful and straightforward with everything. He was very nice to our kids and offered them snacks. The car we bought from him is in excellent condition and runs great. Clean motor and detailed inside out. Majid, explained the whole paperwork process with no hidden fees whatsoever. He didn't strike me as money hungry, or eager if that. He was very respectful and courteous. Me and my family are very happy with our purchase, a great deal and one of a kind. Our vehicle is running great after four weeks purchase. He said if there's any problems to bring it back and and he'll make it right! If we go back, it won't be for a problem, it'll be to buy another car from him. Thank you Majid, you are awesome.

  If you can just walk away no run away from this dealer. This guy magic is the shadiest dealer I have ever dealt with. I get a car from this guy and the car has no oil in it, check engine light started going off as soon as we drove off. Turns out one cylinder is not even firing. He refuses to take the car back and he keeps saying there is nothing wrong with the car. He is as shady as they come. Best thing you can do is to stay away this guy. I'm gonna file a complaint with the bbb because this guy is a crook and a liar.

  DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE.MAJID THE OWNER IS RUDE AND MONEY HUNGRY. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. I secured the financing before I drove two hours to see the BMW 740li. Nice looking car but there was an issue with the rear trail arms, the cup holder would not close nor would the ash tray doors in the rear . minor issues but i wanted them fixed. I asked Majid if he ever drove the car he said no. he took it for a drive and realized the rear trailing arm bushing needed replacing. There was a thump every time you hit the brakes. Majid went on to tell me this was an MSPORT AND ALL THE AMENITIES. I said all that is fine but what about the problems i spoke of. Majid told me if I did not purchase the car that evening the price was going up over 1000.00. I was pre qualified with Capitol One in which his business was not a part of the program. Now I know why! Majid told me again he was going to raise the price if I did not purchase the car that day. Majid got very belligerent and told me the deal was off. I agreed and left his lot. He must have thought I was desperate for a car. I own three other BMWS and wanted to upgrade. I know the cost to maintain a BMW and was willing to purchase this car but Majid showed no professionalism and he showed me he just wanted my money. They do not provide a warranty of any kind not even a thirty day warranty. I felt relieved when I left the lot. I thanked GOD for not allowing me to purchase the car. You are suppose to feel good and excited about a new purchase i felt good that I did not purchase the vehicle. There was another person who was there he purchased a Honda and the rear floor was wet he said it was due to a weather strip on the window needing to be replaced I know better than that, if it was the weather strip the water would have accumulated in the door not on the carpet on the floor.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. My wife and I, new parents to a week-old baby, found a specific Subaru Outback on Autotrader and inquired directly to confirm it’s availability. We received a call back and were assured we could come in and see the car.However, upon arrival, after a one-hour journey assisted by family, we were shown a different Subaru Outback, with 29,500 more miles than the one we were interested in. We were then told that the car we had initially inquired about had been sold over two weeks prior and hadn't been removed from the website.This is a clear violation of California Vehicle Code 11713(c) CVC, which requires ads to be withdrawn within 48 hours after a vehicle has been sold or withdrawn from sale. This incident resulted in a significant waste of our time and resources.The dealership tried to make amends by offering to cover our gas expenses or giving a small discount on a car we hadn't initially intended to buy. While the gesture was appreciated, it doesn't cover the 3+ hours that four adults and a newborn and a 9 month old wasted due to this mistake.I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this dealership to avoid potential miscommunication and disappointment.

  Amen is the sales manager there and he is awesome! No pressure, no sales talk, just a lot of help to assist in you getting what you want. This is a business that's owned by family and so apparently people working there don't make commission. We bought a Subaru and it's the best used car we ever bought. Reasonable price, almost perfect, and Amen even fixed some scratches for us to make a 10 year old car look, feel, and run like a brand new car. We're very happy with our purchase and will definitely send our friends and family to Amen.

  Found and bought a gorgeous 2007 Lexus SC 430 from these guys. Amin was more than helpful, went out of his way to execute and see everything through, which involved transportation of the vehicle from LA to East Coast. Very happy customer!

  I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper Countryman S in 2017, I was told and shown the Carfax history. Fast forward 6 years later, it's becoming a little difficult to pay for maintenance for the vehicle, it's 2023 and the car has only, 75K miles, I got it when it only had 45K so the car has not been driven a lot, or the commute has not been long. The reason I'm here is because I'm selling the car now and I am not getting the cars total worth, $5K is what I'm getting, why? Because the car has an accident in 2015, two years prior from buying the car. That didn't show up in the carfax nor the auto history, so I'm not sure how they did it, but it came up now. And I'm super upset. Don't be fooled like me and do the proper research, even with dealers.
