Scam. Walk in form a simple repair this place has done for me in the past for free at other locations, theres visible debris in charging port, and I told sales rep the issue and this time it was 30 bucks, looked at phone, plugged it in and heard that "moisture, debris ding" from the phone and she said on it's bent its going to be like 200 bucks to replace it. Went to Verizon across the street. Fixed the problem for free. Poor customer service, poor experience. Listen to this and ALL THE OTHER reviews, skip service from this location and frankly all the other locations. Don't give this company any more business

DO NOT USE THE BEACH BLVD. STORE! Don't say I didn't warn you. I would give this place a -5 if I could.Went in for a cracked screen, but a fully functioning phone. Left 15 minutes later with a nonfunctioning screen, and a phone number to contact the manufacturer (BTW the number doesn't work). All I get is sorry I can't fix the phone. Wait, what?? I come in with a small problem and leave with a phone in worse condition? How about you tell me that there is a possibility that it will get worse, or sorry I can't help you because the crack is too severe. The manager just said, oh well. Also will not allow to contact the owner (lives out of state). STAY AWAY!!!!

a little late on this review but i am blown away by the service of the team here.i came in to the store with my screen being unresponsive. camille looked it up and told me that it would be a $450 dollar fix since i didn’t have insurance but before we did that to let her try and reset the screen first to save me money. well it worked and i was so happy. i was in and out of the store extremely quick. usually, places try to scam tou or truck you into things you dont need but this was the opposite. she put a screen protector on for me as well. safe to say i will be coming back here for any of my iphone needs. and would def recommend!!!

The 4G phone fell into a gutter during the heavy rains 08/23/2023 and would not work. The phone was taken to Best Buy but they would not repair it because it was not under warranty even though I offered to pay for the repair. ubreakifix assessed the damage and order a screen so that data in the phone cikd be transfered to my new 5G phone. The phone was beyond repair and they referred me to another company to see if it could be repaired. There was no charged for their evaluation. The informatio could not be transferred.

Asurion website was broken. I could not start a claim online. I had to call a live person who signed me up for Mobile Home Protection though I did not want it. The technician that came to my house was awesome, though

The only thing I don't understand is why the people inside the Verizon stores cannot just fix your phone instead of having to call someone else and make an appointment? The guys in the store kind of seemed annoyed or bothered by us and I did not feel like I was a priority. But the tech that came out to fix the phone was very polite and had my screen fixed in 10 minutes! He was wonderful.

Apparently they just decided not to open today despite having an appointment. No sign on the door or anything and a line waiting outside at 12:15 despite opening at 12. Drove by again around 12:45 and still no one. Everyone waiting outside left... very disappointed. Should have gone to Best Buy instead.

Brought in a Galaxy 23 ultra with a cracked screen.. I should say a black screen, because I dropped it. I was in and out in 2 hrs. Friendly service, knowledgeable. Recommend!!

I would not recommend this place. Take your business elsewhere for half the price and time like I did after I wasted money getting my phone "repaired" here. I came in on a Saturday to get my cracked iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced. Was told an OEM screen was $400 and an aftermarket was $180. I decided to get an aftermarket and picked it up later in the day, paying $190 after taxes. I started experiencing horrible ghost touches and unresponsiveness when I got home. Since it was under warranty, I came back Sunday to have it replaced and was told to come back in two hours. Came back to pick up only to be told they didn't have the parts, but the girl made a small fix to a screw to temporarily fix the issue and said she'd have the parts by Tuesday. My phone still had major issues with unresponsive touch all over. We called the business on Tuesday and she said she didn't pick it up and would have it by Thursday. I show up Thursday to be told she didn't pick it up and they didn't have the part here, but they do at the Orange store. I asked for a refund since I'd rather take my business elsewhere to have a working phone. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional to tell your clients something and not follow through, and I spent a whole week waiting to fix this. They were only able to give me a partial. I went to different store immediately after leaving where they quoted me an OEM for $130 and aftermarket for $90. Got the OEM and was done after just 30 minutes and it works perfectly.

Camille was the lovely person that helped me today. She was very friendly, professional and polite. Not to mention she was super quick with fixing my phone. In and out of there in less than 30. Highly recommend this place of you need your phone repaired.

Carlos from the other store was able to get me the part and make sure the shop had it and Camille. The girl who fixed it was super fast friendly polite and courteous. Please make sure both employees. Get a raise or. Something needed in return. Love you're guys Customer service keep it up.

Camille and Stephanie were great! Camille set up my new Pixel phone and transferred as much as she could from my 4 1/2 yr old broken Samsung. She was able to retrieve a lot more information than I expected and explained some of the features of the new one. A few days later when I was getting to know the Pixel phone, I accidentally locked myself completely out of it. Stephanie was there that day and explained that the only way into the phone was to completely reset it and start over. Not only did she retrieve everything that was there, she even found a little more! She also explained how I’d locked myself out and showed me what to do so that it didn’t happen again. Neither of these young women charged me for their work. They are both very knowledgeable and represent the highest degree of customer service. While I hope not to need assistance with my phone for a very long time, I highly recommend both of them.

Super knowledgeable and they fix my phone in like 5 minutes. Verizon wanted me to pay $99 to get a phone that wasn't even the same phone. U break iFix handle the only for a couple bucks in a couple minutes of my time. The girl that help me with super family
