Wow, so glad I stopped in, as it was convenient. I had read the reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was the exact opposite result! It was clean, air- conditioned . I was the only customer, which is sad. Vu was my nail technician and she is Amazing, She was a reflexology pro and gave me a 30 minute client focused massage on my legs, my toes and key pressure points on toes and feet. I've been getting mains and pedis for over 30 years and never was treated this well. My toes and feet are looking 20 years younger and I walked out walking on a cloud. You have to try it and ask for Vu she was priceless!

I came here in a pinch as I needed to get my nails done before my vacation. Everywhere closed at 7, and these guys closed at 8. I got there at 7 and sat about 20 minutes before I got seen. I expected to wait as a walk in. I wanted ombré and the nail tech, I think her name was Candy, said she couldn't do that. I appreciated her honesty then asked for a French tip gel manicure. She did an amazing job! Very happy with it!! I know this place has poor reviews, and even I was a little upset I couldn't get ombré... but for a basic mani pedi it's a great spot. If you want anything more design challenging I would go somewhere else... but very impressed with what she did for me. It ended up being $30 which is also very cheap for a gel French tip mani!

Excellent location to clean your nails and calluses to make you brand new. Now I don't stab my wife in bed with my toe daggers.

When I got there the place wasn’t clean there were nail clippings from the previous customers they attended (mind u this was the day after 4th of July they were closed and we were their first customers when opening the day after). I wanted acrylic nails not gel nails. And when the man was taking my previous nails off he took them off with the plastic nails and popped them off. It hurt!!! Never again

I was hesitant to try this nail place because of the past 3 reviews but it was the only one open that was close by to Target so I tried it and I'm glad I did. The woman who did my nails was very warm and friendly and also sanitary, using newly cleaned tools, gloves and a mask. I got a spa pedi and when the spa chair stopped massaging she made sure to press the control and turn it back on- I was distracted like always. I had been going here off & on to get pedicures and an occasional manicure. Well recently I got gel acrylics or whatever on my nails and needed a fill. The gentleman did my nails. What a joke. I was SOOO disappointed with his shaping, filing, and PAINTING. Oh gosh what a joke. Like really? You're going to charge me $40 for a fill and allow me to walk away with chunky, goopy, & asymmetrical shaped nails. In less 7 days I had one nail lift and break off. At Day 12 I had another and today day 13 The 3rd has broke off. Needless to say I'm extremely irritated. They also over charged me for the pedicure. I chose the $25 pedicure off their menu sheet they hand you. And he asked for $35. Well I paid & left and realized it in the car. I regret tipping $10 for each tech. Never ever ever ever going back there. Shame on you for allowing this man to do nails (He has done my feet a couple times) The 2nd picture is my nails at 13 days

Dishonest staff. If unable to perform service in time requested then they should notify client upon arriving. I inquired if pedi/fill could be done in one hour, was told yes. Clocks in spa are inaccurate. 25 minutes into pedicure asked if someone was going to start on my fill, they pretended to have not understood me, the manicurest went out to smoke. I remember why I don't like this place they lie about what they can do. Very upset, I had limited time and they wasted it.

Don't come to this place, it's the worst nail salon in HB, there's a guy called Antony working there, he's the worst, he holds your fingers uncomfortably tight, he works smelling like cigarettes, he doesn't wash his hands. I showed a picture of what I wanted, he agreed he would do the same, the result was very frustrating, they don't put enough acrylic powder on top of the nails and they look like cheap plastic, he put the rhinestones wherever he wanted, I asked them for a refund, they said no and that they can fix it but when they have the time, one of the girls working there told me they don't have time right now and to come back next time, nobody apologized and they're rude when you tell them you're not happy with the service. Don't waste your time and money at Tip Top nail, they're not professionals.

Omg this place is HORRIBLE!!! They're so quick to speak English when it comes to up charging you but look at you like you're crazy when you tell them the water for the pedicure is cold... yes cold! Not lukewarm even! I told my friends to go here and honestly I was embarrassed that I suggested this place. Would never go again even if I was desperate
