Don't even bother, the customer sales guy was really impolite and assuming. He brushed us off just because we asked him what's the current price of gold is saying you google it yourself. This shop sounds shady and might scam you.

He used hand sanitizer to clean the fresh wound after piercing and his gloves are the clear disposable poly plastic that usually used for food or cleaning. Other places are more expensive because they use sterling silver or gold materials that will prevent infection for pierced areas, but he used low quality jewelry which caused me infection, and when I confronted him about it, he had nothing to say or apologize for. Please choose the adequate service when it comes to your piercing since sanitation and professionalism matter.

I’m positive I went to this store and this exact location after much searching on google. This store is not closed. The owners are sweet when you’re buying from them but then turn 180 on you when there is an issue. The man does not know how to do business besides yell at customers and make problems worse. We came in asking if we could get a discount on another item because the item I bought from them two weeks ago had already broken even though the man claimed it was durable and would not break. It broke within a day…not even 24 hours. Since they were nice at first I thought it would be worth going back and asking them. I never raised my voice nor accused him of anything. I just stated the facts. This man got so defensive and started yelling at us and making a scene while we remained calm. It’s just me and my friends and if he feels threatened by 22 year old women he needs to reevaluate his life.

My sister and I asked this F,,ckin rude guy to show us the diamond bracelet . There is no customer , He told us rudely he has no time , he is busy he said ,,,, sure he was on the phone .F,,,cking texting. Never ,,,, never come to this place . You need to go back to school and learn manor !!! My words to you F....you!!!!!I have to put 1 star so I can post this review.don't deserved any!!!

I don't know how this place is rated 5 stars when the service and attitude is so horrible!! I came looking for a charm bracelet with a particular chain style to the one I had. After inquiring with the guy behind the counter and showing him an example of what I was looking for, he said he had it. I knew I was looking for something quite specific, therefore, I was very excited to hear this. Indeed, the charm bracelet had everything I was looking for except for one charm that I did not like. He quoted me $900, although there was another jewelry stand that quoted a similar bracelet for much cheaper. I asked if he could change the charm with something else. He said he would not change it. Then, he proceeded to take the bracelet from me and said he would no longer sell it to me. I was soo confused and offended. But, I asked politely, "Well, why would you show the bracelet if you have no intentions of selling it." He said, "I wouldn't sell it to you just because you asked to change the charm." Now as any good business owner would know - always give the customer what she/he wants. As a paying customer, I have the right to ask for a piece of jewelry to be the way I want it to be, especially if I'm paying a lot of money for it. Second, he never even offered me the option of paying extra for the service. His attitude was basically "buy it as is or leave it." Although buying wasn't really an option since he basically dismissed me from his stand. To summarize, the owner is an a$$ and doesn't need your money. Unfortunately, that was his loss and I spent that money elsewhere. These kinds of businesses don't need our support. Avoid this jewelry stand!

I just ask for a simple consultant question and the guy who pick up the phone just told me just come to the store, I don't have time to time to talk with you and hang up. what an A - hole. imaging I come to this place and you don't buy anything but selling are they going to hit me or trick me into selling my stuff for lower price or just say I'm wasting their payed time, the time that they got hired for their service? he is wasting my time. I would not recommend come to this place. Will you ?
