****BEWARE!!!!!****BAWARE!!!!!******BEWARE!!!***save urself a headache and stress do not do ur taxes with Marcii. She will take ur money and will not provide you with the service she promises.-she lies about when she really mails out ur tax forms “promises next day” (I later found out she waits till she gets a lot so she can then finally mail them out)-she horrible in responding back, especially once you pay her!!!!!-loses receipts and documents. (Lost the receipt to mailing out my tax forms. Unable to provide me proof. Which is part of her service that she mail them out.)-has no idea when she mails out ur tax forms. (She couldn’t provide me with a receipt or date of when she done so.)- does not provide you with tax copies with her information on it (so it’s as if you prepared them yourself because it only has your signature) BY LAW SHE IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE COPIES WITH HER INFO SUCH AS HER PREPARATION IDENTIFICATION NUMBER etc-always giving you the run around and once you catch up to her she will stop replying.Her service is extremely unprofessional. Save ur time and money and go else where!!!It’s been 2 months and half waiting for the irs to receive my taxes form and still nothing. She is unable to give me a date when she mailed them out. She states shes looking for the receipt but can’t find it. So I’m just left in the dark not knowing if she ever sent them out or when she really did.And with all that she would not provide me a copy of my tax forms with her information.It’s been a horrible experience and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this especially with something as important as to taxes and IrsPlease be careful with who you pick. She has all my personal info and who knows if she misplaced that as well.

Filing my taxes with Marci was easier than ordering pizza. She was so prompt and my refund is already in my bank account, wow! Thank you Marci!!
