This has got to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Came in to switch from at&t to tmobile, the service representative had no idea what she was doing and didn't get the at&t phone unlocked before transferring and setting up new phone. Not only were we here for like 4 hrs due to her mistake, my brother was forced to buy an iphone 13 as a "loaner" phone because of the mistake they made and could no longer take his iphone back home while he waited for the 15 he ordered. Representative gave us misinformation, didn't add protection like she said she did, and lied about a 200 rebate which I know found out from customer service we don't not even qualify for. The iphone 15 that was ordered was lost in transit and due to that we are still waiting to get money back. Do not switch over, I'm ready to to back to at&t. This is horrible service. I'm paying way more than I did for at&t and customer service is awful.

Justin was awesome! He never pushed products, but let us know the benefits of each. My mother is elderly and she needed a phone. Justin made sure that everything we got was user friendly, affordable, and added to her safety. Thank you!

Our favorite t-mobile store in our area by far. Justin was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. We got in there and got out fairly quick with great customer service. Terry was very friendly as well. Definitely recommend going here if you are looking for quick and friendly service.

Avoid if possible. Employees here are rude and slow to top it off. Every time I make the mistake of coming here I regret it. The employees do not greet you until 10 minutes later or more, and they have multiple people waiting while 2 employees help 1 customer, as if there wasn't a whole line out the door waiting on them. No sight of efficiency. This one is close to home so I come here if I'm on a time limit but man this place sucks! Employees should have a new system that is more efficient.

Denied service, now that they are tmobile they only fix phones covered by assurion (their insurance company) you cant pay out of pocket to fix a broken screen anymore. NOT GOOD. Dont advertise phone repair without big letters saying that you only work on phones insured with assurion.Follow up: after visiting this store I called sprint and made an appointment at the Fullerton location just to find out that they didnt have the part and wanted $439 to replace the screen of a S21+, they sent me to the store in Cerritos that did have the part (supposedly) called and they said that I needed to go online to make appointment. lol By now Im just about done. Called best buy (geeksquad) they fixed the phone the next day for $229. Screen looks nicer than ever. Im very disappointed never had an issue like this with SPRINT.

This store is one of the best tmobile stores I've visited , I can say that the management & staff here is emaculate and very attending to customers , every time I walk in I am immediately greeted by staff unlike some other stores that have you awkwardly waiting to be helped . Terry one of the managers at this location made my transaction very smooth sailing & attended to me in a timely manner , his kind and great customer services also made my experience great, I'll be coming here only from now on to be token care of by this excellent staff.
