This t-Mobile location has been a nightmare. I have came into the store on many occasions, no one will assist me, acknowledge me or say hi. Every time I come in I feel very discriminated and the way I've been talked to also feel very discriminated even when I call over the phone they are very rude. They obviously need more training and customer service they cannot help me with anything.

Poor customer services and they order wrong phone and put wrong credit cards on bill. I order iphone 14promax and decline due to wrong credit card #was entered. I told 611 customer service and they said. They can not do anything. Do not go this place

Came in for a portable internet package. Sylvie was very helpful and patient with an elderly customer. Excellent service. Definitely will come back here for other orders. Highly recommend this t-mobile shop.

My first time here and oh my god I'm truly impressed with how fast the service is. So i made an appointment and Ny was the one to help me throughout the process of opening a new line and transfer everything over from Verizon. She's so sweet, yet professional and so fast and straight to the point! Everything was done in half an hour. Even after everything is done, she helped me to print out the label and found me a box to send the old phone back. Quickly! I don't normally leave long reviews but this one I feel like I need to shoutout for her and this location! Thank you for everything!!!

If I could, I'd put zero star. Terrible customer service. The Jason Vietnamese guy...couldn't concentrate on his freakin job! Eyes kept wandering around, rude and wasn't helpful either. Learn good customer service skills before working in customer service dude. This place used to be my go to place for a new phone and such but I guess not anymore or til the service is better.

I came to this small store asking for trading in my iPhone 10 for a new one. A middle age, Vietnamese speaking couple (the men with a manager nametag on) served me, checked my T-Mobile account. After that, both of them examined my phone carefully. Then, they told me that it is NOT possible, since the back cover somehow does not closes tightly as supposed to, and on the screen there is a small white dot.I explained that I bought this at an Apple store, as I’m not a tech savvy so I have been using it for 4 years, so any wear and tear is normal; otherwise why I need to trade-in then. The couple told me that they couldn’t accept since “T-Mobile technicians will check carefully and if found anything “unacceptable” they don’t let you trade in for a new one, but even will not return your phone”. It sounds something not right for me, so I politely thanked them and left immediately.At another large T-Mobile store in Garden Grove, a staff told me “as your phone is not broken and works, would be fine”. After 15 minutes, I got out with a new phone (13 pro), and the old one, so that I can have time to transfer all my data to the new phone and drop the old one at any Post office at my convenience. Nice, prompt and easy!So, sometimes, the policy and prestige of a big company like T-Mobile can be harmed just by an affiliated store, which works on their own rules and their own (low) standards!! Never ever come to this T-Mobile store!!!

Can't help but notice almost all the positive reviews are three years old or older. Don't believe me, check it out for yourself.Currently I, like other reviewers here have experienced BAD customer service.The T-MOBILE Rep. wouldn't even take my number to pull up my existing account.Claimed they ONLY sold new phones, meaning T-Mobile stores in general don't service phones, when trying to replace my screen protector, that I pay extra for their protection plan to have done as needed.I even had to double check it I was in a T-MOBILE store, as even the Metro PC stores had made the transition already.It was plainly obvious why he said that, as they didn't carry enough inventory on their walls, if they did offer it at this location, so while this particular employee was both rude and ignorant of what the rest of T-Mobile does at their retail outlets, I quickly walked out, as there was no reason to want to do any business with them, whether they were servicing an old account, let alone giving them any type of shot at being rewarded for new business.

So. I originally go to the T-Mobile store on Brookhurst, as I have for over a decade. When I first arrived, it was empty, I would then research and find out they had relocated to this location. So I walked in to be greeted once again by Andy and Jacqueline. I informed them of my issue, my iPhone 8 Plus was broken, split in half, but functional however I believe now is the time to get a new phone. As they went through the records, informed me of what promotions are there at this time, I wanted to see the IPhone 13. That was when they informed me that the promotions with the credit T-Mobile I was able to walk out with 2 iPhones 13. The kind courteous and helpful services they provided me was top notch, once again. Now you must understand, these shops do get super busy, why wouldn't they with the kind of customer service they provide, so expect to be in there as long as you need to be. So I got my iPhone out, that was when Jacqueline offered to transfer all my information over form my old IPhone 8 Plus. The fact she did it with so little time it amazes me. Not only did they help me again and again, they were patient with my indecisive nature regarding the phones and what not. I do highly recommend getting the temper glass insurance thing. It's worth the price as it protects your front screen, and it has unlimited replacements. I can not tell you how many times I had to replace it, a lot!! That was literally only in a 6 months span. I love it. So if you want to go to a T-Mobile store or any phone retailer store just so they can treat you like another sale then go wherever, but if you want to go to a place where they treat you like a family then this is the spot for you! So the next time you want to get a phone, I highly recommend given them a try first and see if they can help you out like they were able to with me.
