Beware...scammer alert! Today, I came to the store to pick up an item from T-Mobile Tuesday. The guy working in there was asking for my phone number and my ID (which is wierd because noons has asked me about before), but I still have to do it so I can get the item. After he got my ID, he takes the picture of my ID and scan the bar code in the back. I asked them why, and they told me that they just scan the ID, nothing happend. So I left the store, 5 minutes later I received a text message from Tmobile. It said " a Tmobile ID was created under my name. So they just created an username under my name without my knowledge.

Tried to redeem T-Mobile Tuesday. A guy was sitting outside the entrance with a box of the giveaway item, but htraight up lies to my face that they don't have it. Do not go here!

When trying to sell you on something they will tell you anything to get you on board including straight up lies. They promised to help cancel our Internet provider when we sign up to T-Mobile Internet but now say they don't offer that (they do and it is in their policy). We have ACP and was told to provide the info to a T-Mobile location only to have these guy lie that they don't accept ACP (T-Mobile's website states that they're part of the ACP program).When you need help regarding their service they keep deflecting the problem and saying it's someone's else's issue or they never heard it before. Go to a different location because this location will not help you at all!

I had the worst experience in this store. I don't suggest anyone to stop here for service. If you can, seek help at your next location. I wasn't greeted. I came into the store to have my old phone swiped clean and to replace my screen protector. The associate stereotype me as someone to be fraudulent. He treated me aggressive. When asked for my ID to verify my account, he took extra measures that other T-Mobile employees have never done when verifying my account. The associate was rude about replacing my screen protector as it's a service that I pay for with my monthly bill. When I vocalize how rude he is about his service in helping me. He mentioned "I need to be grateful that he's replacing it." Despite that I pay for it. I asked to speak to a manager about his inappropriate behavior, although he spoke English; he began to speak in a different language in my face and started laughing. When the manager approached me he was already laughing and didn't try to diffuse the situation. The employees and manager was lying about their names when I asked. I was livid and requested for cooperate who I immediately spoke to over the phone inside the store. The Corporate headquarters did send my poor experience to a higher level in authority. I do believe my ethnicity played much factor, although I hate to consider the facts of me being an African American woman. Nonetheless, I deserve to be treated as anyone who has business with T-Mobile equally. That store has poor business. Aishah

The plan I signed up for hasn't been what it was told to be and the autopsy hasn't discounted $hit! I'm going back to Metro or Mint.

Came in to get the Tuesdays TMobile deal. Took over 15 minutes to wait for this and they did not look at the app...they take their time to verify your number and account.I would not come back again...time wasting and huge inconvenience.Shout out to the t-mobile on endinger (Bellaterra) in and out in on minutes.

Quan is a scammer!! He tricked my family and I into thinking that we were able to cancel the internet provider if we don't like it within 3 months but now, we have to wait for a "coupon"?? This doesn't make any sense. He also told us that we had to buy these apple chargers too because they were only ones compatible with our new iPhones, but we were still able to use our old chargers and it worked perfectly fine! We didn't need the new chargers whatsoever and lost $40 because of it. We were misinformed a lot of information and the workers here need to be trained better.

This store is good but not the best for vietnamese community, they try to introduce products overpriced even charge money more than other mobile services can do. I will try version or other service after a few month with T mobile.

Horriblen customer service, they state they can't help us because we are sprint and they still 2 years after purchasing Sprint they still can't help Sprint now T mobile customers. MAKES ME WANNA CANCEL MY ACCT.

If I could give this store a zero rating I would, very rude staff, made NO effort to help me! I am a T-Mobile customer for 20 years! I guess you need to be Vietnamese to be helped at this store, disgusted !

TERRIBLE!!! i had the worst experience going here. twice. every time i went, they never solved any of my issues. the man there was extremely rude and gave out misinformation. how do i know? a different metro pcs location was able to resolve my issue like they said they would online. it's absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN GOING HERE!

They do the T Mobile Tuesday deals but it's limited as in even if you have multiply phones with different numbers to redeem. They'll say they ran out of stuff even when they aren't... So be careful when you go there...

I gave them 2 stars because the girl named Châu there is sweet and helpful. But my encounter with the 2 guys there was beyond awful. My first encounter was with a guy named Quy. In the beginning, everything ran smoothly until I asked if there is a more cost saving plan. That's when he turned his attitude "it's the cheapest one" with a condescending tone. Ok pass on that one. Then, I asked him, as I have been told, this plan will have roaming & let me receive text message when I am overseas, am I correct? Then, he condescendingly replied me: "the way you talked made me not understand". He speaks English full of accent but treats Vietnamese who he thought has just come here with disrespect and acts as if he doesn't really know Vietnamese. And then my 2nd encounter with another guy. There are instances where the store may run out of a certain item and will give you stuffs on display. So I just politely asked him: "I am able to get new phone and not on-display phone right?" (Because I trade in my old phone, I need a new phone urgently or else I don't have any phone). I didn't mean to offend anyone by asking that. Then, he told me I will only get $400 back for my phone and then after T-Mobile has a look at my phone, they will rebate me the rest for the phone. I told him that was not what I have been told. Another sales associate at the store already looked at my phone and told me I would get $830 back, things should have been straightforward in the beginning. I asked him to confirm with me I will get $830 back (which he hesitated to reply), and took picture of my phone, print it out with both of our signatures to confirm the condition of my phone when I turned it in. He in fact got very angry "don't you understand? Have you just been to America from Vietnam?". Wow wow, I probably was in America before he even attended elementary school but he asked me in that condescending way. When I told him he was rude, he said he was pissed off because of my question regarding new or on-display phone, and asked me that I treated him that way because he's Vietnamese?? (Which is a silly thing to say because I am Vietnamese also). I know most likely the store will reply me with denials. I dare you to post UN-TRIMMED, UN-CUT, UN-EDITED, FULL LENGTH videos of both the encounters here so fellow yelpers can have a fair voice. By having that attitude of being very condescending to customers and acting like you are better than the Vietnamese who are fresh on boat, I will be very surprised if this business can stay long on the market.
