Left my car for oil change. They said it would be done in about an hour. They would call me. We'll no phone call. So I went back to business. My car was still in the same place. The lady at desk said they forgot to do it!! So I'll not be going back to Sunrise Automotive!!

I came in here to take care of a nasty sputtering sound that my car was making whenever I stepped on the brakes or was idle. In addition to that, the mechanics also noticed my car having issues with the rear brake. Michele was super helpful and customer-friendly! She was upfront about my car and what the mechanics were working with. Both issues were taken care of when I started my car and was running smoother than ever. I have officially found my new auto shop go to!

Had my Camaro here after an engine swap to get it running a few months ago, they got they car running and had my number on file to give me updates and call me when it was ready but I never got called. My dad and his buddy frequently went to check on the car and to ask questions, i wasn’t told much but once I got it back both my catalytic converter’s were drilled and emptied. Not sure what they told my dad and his Buddy but the car is broke down once again. Don’t know if I’ll ever do business here again or have any family do business here.

I am very happy with the service I received at Sunrise Automotive. Michelle was very understanding and accommodating! They were able to fit me in with a quick turn around and left me with spare parts in case I run into another issue with my studs. Highly recommend!
