A very rare find in OC!!! The frames are durable and affordable. The turn around time from order to delivery is extremely efficient. They always give me a friendly reminder for my annual eye exam (which I need) and have more than proven to me that they stand behind their products. I started needing glasses at almost 30 years old. My first pair was bought at a major chain because I thought reputation equaled quality but it didn't. I had that first pair damaged beyond use without repair around 6 months. They wouldnt repair them only give me an address to their repair dept where I could mail the glasses have them price me if repairable and mail back. A 7-10 business day process without glasses. Spectrum Vision my second pair of glasses damaged a year later by my own negligence. I asked if they repaired and what the cost would be. Yes to the repair and would charge me a dime. Only advised me to be more careful. I bought a much more expensi ve pair of ray ban sunglasses and did my annual eye exam shortly after they did that and never looked back since. A major chain competitor moved in a couple of years ago on the other end of the parking lot. My mom went there only because of their promotion at the time. Not only did it take 2-3 weeks to get her new glasses, while they accepted her insurance, she still had to pay out of pocket for the extras (anti glare on one and transition on the other) they both needed repair within 3 months of getting them. With prices skyrocketing especially in this post pandemic economy and customer service dying quickly, this optometry store is a very Rare find. If you live anywhere in OC or anywhere close to westminster and dont go in the store to have your own experience, you're truly missing out

Went in to have my glasses repaired. They immediately took them back, replaced the bad screw and gave them back hassle free!!!

I highly recommend this place. Kaitlyn the optometrist took time to measure my eyes and patiently let me tested the lenses to make sure I feel the most comfortable. Thi at the front desk patiently helped me select the best frame for my face. Thanks to her, my coworkers said I looked better with glasses. Thank you very much! Will come back to this place again and again!

Been coming here for years. Love this place and the staff are always super helpful and kind. They always put in an extra pair of contacts whenever I order and I appreciate it so much. Easy to schedule and set up appointments.

last time i came here was like in 2017 & received amazing service so it came as no surprise when i returned years later to get my eyes checked and still received the same quality care. thank you guys! called for an appointment & they were able to see me the same day.

The nurse or receptionist in maroon color scrubs super nice. However, the doctor unprofessional and didn't bother to help.

The staff is nice and friendly but the Dr. Kaitlyn My Vo ...was not anything like her staff ....she seemed to be in a hurry would not let me finish my sentences...she said to me that I really don't need glasses because it wouldn't make a difference.....and that all I need are readers...I guess I went to the wrong Dr because she is not an ophthalmologist and education does make a difference.

I needed replacement glasses for my 11 year old son who broke his at school. Spectrum Vision was able to help my son choose comfortable frames at reasonable prices and also recommend the latest lenses for him to protect this eyes. We've had good experiences here with 2 or 3 pairs of glasses. However, not today. My husband had a new pair which broke. When he went in, he was told they offer no warranty. There would be no repair for the glasses where they connect at the temple. Very disappointed and won't be back. Just know if anything happens to your glasses, they offer no warranty or repair of any kind for their product.
