My guy brandon is the definition of professionalism. I came in needing some shoes and bro not only informed me on the shoe and the available sizes, but also gave recommendations as well. He needs a raise if not a position in management.

My 9 year old son was in need of new shoes, he is my only boy of 5 kids. Didn't think shoe shopping was so much work, I wanted to thank BRANDON for his patience with my son. Thank you for all your guidance on shoes, obviously Brandon and my son were speaking the same language. I have no idea about shoes, since my husband is always the one to take my son shoe shopping. Customer service is 10 out of 10, we were immediately greeted and approached without feeling overwhelmed like at other stores. Thank you again Brandon.

Store is trash, bunch of hot shot type of kids that sit around on they're phones and don't greet you or ask if you may have any questions.They sit and giggle about whatever and make you feel most certainly unwelcome smh

AMAZING experience!! My wife and I took our kids shopping for some school shoes and were instantly greeted when we walked into Shoe palace at the Westminster mall. Sometimes it's irritating when you walk into a store and don't get greeted or helped. But right away my wife and I were helped out by the manager Kenzie and she was able to provide both of our kids with some comfortable Nike prestos. I will definitely be returning. Great customer service!!

Went and selected 2 pairs...on my 3rd pair and i got a rude notice that i must have a mask...epecially when the mask mandate has been lifted...if they wanted to play politics...reject me at the door....dont let me wasted 30 mins in here selecting shoes. ...and then get on my case about it. as for the vaccination card ? who the heck carries it around as an ID? pitiful...

This place has great customer service. Within seconds of entering the store, I was already being helped. Upbeat environment, especially when Austan shows up. Do yourself a favor when you come here; just ask for Austan. Chill dude with spot on shoe recommendations.

My husband and I had an amazing time selecting shoes here. The two ladies (Diana and Crystal) that helped us find the perfect shoe were patient and oh so helpful. Called to ask if they had white crocs in my size, they said yes, I asked if they could hold them for me they said yes, told them my name and everything, drove 30 minutes and when I came in they didn't have the color I was told they had and had set aside for me, disappointing ..... just check I would have waited on the phone I didn't mind. Don't be a dick
