I searched for a long time and found that Huthui company has received very positive reviews. I contacted and the staff members were extremely friendly, responded to messages quickly, answered all my questions clearly and specifically, processed orders quickly, weighed and measured accurately, and guaranteed empty boxes. Opened, lost goods refunded, super fast delivery time (flew out on Thursday and arrived in HCM the following Monday). I sent it and my friend in Vietnam received it, everything is completely intact (the box is not dented at all). I extremely trust the company's service, will support it for a long time, the price is a little higher than other places, but compared to what the company has done, I am completely satisfied. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a reliable transportation place.”

“Very happy with the service. We are a media company and one of our staff moved to Vietnam. We needed to send him some computer gear and it needs to go through an importer apparently. We looked around and tried contacting a few companies - most of them were unresponsive and/or totally unprofessional. MinWee Cargo on the contrary was very communicative, followed up on inquiries and gave us the information we needed. The packages arrived to our staff safely. The pricing was fair (granted, we are not well versed on general shipping rates to Vietnam). We were always able to reach Mr. Min over the phone. The only drawback is that there is no mechanism for tracking the shipment from here to Vietnam. But overall it got there pretty fast, within 7 or so business days. Totally recommended, esp if you are a business.”

“I always have a pleasant experience going to this post office. I’m a black man and probably the only black man that goes here which should tell you that all of the other negative reviews are from entitled individuals. I have been treated with so much kindness at this post office. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It gets busy and they have to fulfill the requests from everyone in a timely manner. You have customers who want to take their time at the counters, be on their phones talking to family members to make sure the address is correct, or don’t even have their ish together. The customers I see coming through are very rude, it’s not the employees. I say if you don’t like this place maybe find somewhere else and have an attitude evaluation. These are hardworking people that don’t have the time to be bothered with arrogant entitled people. I give this place 5 stars.”

“The workers here are actually very friendly. This place is the main post office in the Little Saigon area of Westminster so a ton of Vietnamese people come here for passports and immigration stuff.. I'd imagine when you're dealing with that, you learn to be very direct with your communication. Maybe there is a culture difference where these Vietnamese think the USPS workers are supposed to hold their hands.. idk. Most of the employees are Vietnamese here so you can't play the race card. This place does exactly what a post office is supposed to AND ITS OPEN TILL 530!”
