Rude employee! I came at 1am on 03/08/2021. The lazy guy is working there complaint my friend because he put his two small bags of trash in the trash bin. The white guy told my friend that my friend should go to somewhere because he has to clean it. Why the owner paid for this lazy employee? And why my friend and I need to hear this complain ? I swear at god that I told the truth and this is the first time ever I heard something like this circumstance. Wish that I know the name of that lazy guy so I can put his name in here

Rude customer service from the cashier. I needed help with the car wash machine because as I inputted my code into the machine -- it said the car wash was not in service and couldn't be used. But there was a car in front of me who was using it 5 mins ago ....... I tried inputting my code again but it said it has already been used. I went inside to tell the cashier my problem. He was very rude yelling at me as if it was my fault. I'm not one to cause a scene, but man he was definitely trying to test my patience. I screamed back at him and he finally backed down telling me to calm down. I was so in disbelief that I was treated this way. Definitely will avoid coming here!

I used to go to shell more often, but because of the pandemic, the number of my visit went down a lot.They have many lines so you can get a spot quickly, and the best is they have car wash. It is easy to pay and use and get some discounts for gas when you get car wash combined.The location is the corner of the big streets, so it is very easy to access.One time I saw the broken handle and told the clerk and he explained me well and helped me to get another spot. When I pass the day after, it was fixed.Good maintenance! But the price is always a little bit higher than other gas stations. I don't know why.If you become a member or have a associated credit card, they do give you a discount.You can also use the convenient store with the gas station.

I came to this gas station today 7/4/2020 at 10:00 AM for fill up the gas and need for car wash $8 dollars.After fill up the gas then I get through the car wash for washing my car, but the washer works only couple minutes and shut down does not work any more. I came inside and talk to one guy inside and asked for what happened and why the machine stopped then the way he told me just drive out and he said if I want t wash the car and have to pay another money, the way he was talk to customer very and very bad.I will never come to this gas station anymore very bad altitude with customer and not honor and respect customer.
