This is hand down my go-to spot if I ever need any alterations! Co is very sweet and she definitely knows the shape of a woman's body. She was able to alter my bridesmaid dress to my liking and I was able to move freely in it when it came to the length and bodice of the dress. I trust her expertise when it comes to getting the right length and proportions. Just recently, I stopped by to get an ao dai altered that my mom had purchased for me in Vietnam. I actually went to an alteration (Lien Huong) closer to where I was eating lunch that day and got rejected stating they couldn't do it since my ao dai was tight and had a hard time zipping up. I even showed them that my ao dai had extra fabric sewed in for any alternations needed incase it didn't fit, but no luck. I honestly should have went with my first instinct and got it done here as I usually do. Not sure why the other place couldn't do it, but once I tried it on, Co knew exactly what needed to get done and how to do it. The ao dai came back fitting perfectly. I was able to sit down, breathe, move around, and all that which made me super happy. Co is amazing and she really knows what she's doing. She always makes me feel great wearing the clothes she has altered :) Trust me and come here for all your alternations! You won't be disappointed!!

I always have a hard time finding new places and I'm so happy I found this gem near my house. I've gotten dresses altered and dry cleaned here and every time I pick up, my dresses look immaculate. I trust them 110% with my designer items. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other places in the area and the quality of their work is excellent.

I dropped in a month ago to get my black dress altered. I ordered from SHEIN and the front part of my dress looked weird and was too big on my breast area. I went in to Sewing N Stitch and had Mae alter my dress for my cousins wedding. Mae was able to get my dress fix within 5 days. I will return again to get other stuff altered.

The zipper on a pair of jeans I had just bought had broke. I was so disappointed and did not want to buy a new pair. I brought my jeans here and May was able to fix it for me within a day. The owner Christina communicated with me and let me know when they were ready. SO AWESOME!

I came in from a recommendation thru a close friend of mine and let me tell ya this is the best place to get your clothes altered. I had five pair of pants and a couple jackets fixed here from hemming and zipper replacement and Mae got everything done within a week. She's very thorough with her work and am satisfied with the reasonable price and quick turnaround. I definitely recommend anyone who needs their clothes fix or altered to visit Mae and her friendly staff.

I came here for a last minute alteration for a lace strapless top for my bachelorette trip to Miami. Mae was so kind and knew exactly what I needed in order to make the top fit more securely. She suggested we add hooks to the front since the string tie was not secure enough, and it held up very well with all the dancing and partying! She was able to make the alteration overnight and I was so incredibly thankful for her to accommodate me so quickly! I am definitely going to come back here for her to alter all my clothes! Thank you so so much :)

I took my wedding dress here for alterations. It was a simple gown that just needed to be hemmed and I wanted minor changes to the straps. The owner is so sweet and detailed. My dress was perfect!

I don’t trust anyone else besides sewing N Stitch. I absolutely love the owner and her work is flawless. The whole family is so caring, quick service and great people. I go to her for everything from formal dress alterations, ruching, pants/jean alterations. Their affordable and quality is unmatched. I love you!!!!!

I had my wedding dress altered here and Co Mai was the nicest lady ever! She made sure three times that my dressed fit how I wanted it and she made the bustle on my dress PERFECT. She charged me a lot less then what other stores around OC would charge for my wedding dress. So happy I went here and I would gladly come back for any other alterations.

I found Mae through Yelp and she didn't disappoint! I needed to have a bra top sewn into a party dress to replace the flimsy bra "cups" that came with the dress. When I picked up the dress a week later, I was amazed at how beautiful it had turned out. Mae's work is meticulous and done with pride. I ended up taking another dress to her for the same issue and I also had Mae tailor linen pants, jeans, and a jumpsuit for me. She's the best and her prices are fair considering her expertise. I'll gladly drive 20 minutes to have Mae alter and tailor any future needs!

2nd time visiting this shop and the experience with May has yet to disappoint me. Like the first time, I was warmly greeted. The fitting was detailed, the price was reasonable, and the turnaround time was quick (imo). The result? Amazing! I am in love with my dress, and you can tell that May takes pride in her work seeing how often she would ask if there's anything I was unsatisfied with after trying on the final alterations of my dress. This is definitely another small business I would love to support for my future alterations! Returning customer? Isn't that obvious? ‐-------------- On a side note: May has recently lost someone very close to her, but that has not stopped her from paying close attention and care to her work. Please be patient with her. As you can tell, she is trying her best during this tough time.

May performed the alterations for my wedding dress, and I was impressed by how thorough she was. I did my first alterations about 7 months before my wedding. I trusted her to provide suggestions on how to improve the fit; so, she shortened the straps, added cups to the bust, sewed the somewhat plunging v-neck so that it wasn't as low, and added an eyehook to the back. She refrained from hemming my dress at that time and instead asked me to return about a month before the wedding. She wanted to wait to hem the dress in case my weight changed in the interim, which would then affect what the appropriate length should be. Makes sense to me. So, I returned a month before the wedding, and she hemmed the dress. She actually did this twice because, when I came to pick it up, she had me try it on and thought it needed to be shorter. And, like I said, she was thorough, attentive, and pragmatic: during the last round of alterations, without me asking, she added a little loop of ribbon to the train so I could carry it around my wrist instead of bustling it; and she cut the tags off, which I kept forgetting to do.

They did an excellent job altering my dress. It looked so lovely and you could tell they put a lot of care into it. The price was also very reasonable and the turn around time was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful and made the whole process so easy. I will definitely come back here for future alterations!

My daughter in law's wedding dress needed so many alterations and the dress turned out beautiful. I also had my gown and an antique christening gown altered there and everything turned out fantastic.
