Jenny is my awesome. She patient and will educate you on the sos and fonts of the eye lash extension world. I have been wearing lashes for the past 6 years. When y artist relocated to the east coast, I needed to find the same quality. She is much more affordable and the quality is out of this world. She is cross cultural trained which is extremely important to me. Thank you Jenny for being consistent.

Expensive to bet ur eyelids glued shut and fans that look like spiders. The gals are really nice but you shouldnt go to places like this to get ur lashes done.

Vivian doesn't know how to do lashes to be honest. I've been wearing lash extensions for 5 years so I know what is called eyelash extensions. She glued the extensions to my skin and I could see the glue dots. The results turned out ok but the quality was so bad. I don't know why she could taking a course and training people with no knowledge about the extensions industry. You will get eye infection with poor isolation and poor technique. When I reached out to them for removal cuz it irritated my eyes so badly , they told me they didn't have time for removal told me do it BY MYSELF at home. The girl in the front was rude as hell. Stay away and find somewhere know what they doing. Don't let Vivian does your lashes! Period

I have mixed reviews about this place and my comments play into my decision to not return. The location is very old, outdated and does not have a receptionist. Vivian was 15 minutes late with no apology. She spent half of my appointment talking to her mom as well as answering her phone! I believe my lashes looked pretty good overall but the following day my lashes started falling out. By day 5 I had lost half of my lashes. It has been two weeks and I would say I have less than a 1/3 of the lashes remaining on each eye. I don't even want to go anywhere! I can't decide if I should go elsewhere or just have them removed. Now if I would have paid around $90 for a full set and less for a fill than I might be willing to call Vivian and give her another chance. I just can't justify $150+ tip for a run down, unprofessional job, AND my lashes didn't stay on!

Always rushing your appointment, so obviously you lose quality. My main concern is that she is always over charging and raising her prices without notice, it's basically a surprise when you pay. I don't mind paying her prices, but I feel cheated when she doesn't tell you ahead of time of her new prices.

I arrived on time to my appt. 1st time at this place as it was referred to me, but was told they never booked my appt. Then She told me to come back in 4 hrs, but i told her I drove from far away and on a Friday or to come on a different day and then proceeds to say that she gave my appt to someone else bc she didn’t know who I was. Since when do you need to know who the person is before you provide services. Then She said she called me to confirm my appt, but I showed her I had no missing calls. Apparently she called the wrong person. Won’t come back to this place.

Loved the lashes by Vivian:)) took her an hour -she is super quick and it came out really cool! I was wearing them for 1,5 months)) I did classic set! Def recommend her! Thanks Vivian!!!! I wish they do refills' pricing after 1,5 months not 2-3 weeks))) I would come every 1,5 months))

Love my lashes!!!! Vivian was so professionals and very skilled at her craft. She had me in and out in an hr AND my lashes look amazing! I would definitely go back to see her. Seriously, she was so good! No burning eyes just beautiful lashes!

Vivian did my lashes & they look AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend. $95 for a classic set & she was done in under an hour :-)

Such a great studio! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It was my first time getting lashes and they helped walk me through what I wanted to get. I was so relaxed that I think I feel asleep part way through! They all wore masks and had sanitizer everywhere. Thank you guys for such a great job! Attached are before and after photos of the classic lashes (please excuse the line on my forehead from the hair net!)

Been going to Hannah for over a year now to get lashes done. She is great! Very gentle, I fall asleep! I've also gotten facials here and Vivian explains the whole process as it happens. They are very caring here.

They had me read over CC info over the phone to book my appointment, which I wasn't really comfortable doing. Also, they charge more than they advertise. I was told $60 over the phone but charged $90. So, knocked off a star for those two reasons. The lash technician was very gentle and kind! Took an hour and half :/ but I love it!
