I would not recommend using this website or company. There’s only one person that can help you if things go wrong and they will always tell you that that person is on lunch when you call if you have an issue I placed an order on the website said I could get by the 16th and I would receive 20% off with a promo code, somehow after the cart, the promo code was not applied and when I called to inquire, they also informed me that the items were not in stock, and would be sometime before I receive them as they had to order them from the supplier they just have the items on their website, but never keep them in stock apparently, then when I needed to cancel once again, my one representative from this, what looks like large company is on lunch, and no one else can cancel it. So I am stuck waiting for them to return to confirm my cancellation. Just an inconvenience and the attitude on the phone sucks with their customer service reps. Would recommend using Amazon or Dj now or any other Dj website as they are all amazing I have used this company for 20 years and in the last five years they have gone downhill. I think they are an under new ownership I would it looks like.In reference to the response, they were not able to reach me because I informed them multiple times while on the phone with the rep that I was on a cruise with limited service and no cell service and must handle the situation at the time that I had called and I could not wait for a callback for a very simple request that I needed. I had them on the phone and they could have done it and did not. They told me that they would call me back as I mentioned before but that wasn’t sufficient as now I don’t have phone service for the next seven days and I don’t know if my issue will be resolved before the order ships. Completely unacceptable. I will have to call back in seven days when I get back home but thanks for the response to my review. At least that shows a little bit of care I will up my review on the star for that.

D A N G R I S E Y is awesome! I needed some speakers for my DJ system and he suggested QSC. I could not afford the K series so he suggested the lower level set of QSC. He said for what I needed them for these would do plus I still had enough for a small mixer for my mic and a QSC sub! My event was perfect! The base was incredible plus I saved $$!

I do service and live event production for a house of worship, and Mike Flores has moved heaven and earth to get me things on impossible deadlines, all with a great attitude and fantastic customer service. This is the closest "truly pro" shop to my location where I can pick up in-store. They bailed me out, time and time again. They have nearly everything you could ever want for live production (and if they do not have it, they can probably get it), with great prices and excellent service. Will use again. Would recommend.

The arrogance and unprofessionalism at this company is startling. I thought I would help them out and I purchased 3 obsolete 1/3 octave EQ's from their bargain list. These heavy EQ's arrived in one box with almost no packing material. None of them were wrapped in even a single layer of bubble wrap. As I am taking the EQ's out of the box I am also taking the broken pieces of the EQ's out of the box. There is nothing Pro about PSSL. I unsubscribed and please loose my number and do not ever email me or call me. I will never again do business with PSSL. This is following my previous transaction where a different employee misrepresented an item on a $2,000. purchase. He got fired for that after sending misrepresented item (shipped something missing parts and different from what was pictured) he hung up on me on the telephone, but it looks like hiring incompetent people, not supervising them, and shoddy service is still the rule of the day at PSSL. You're an embarrassment to the industry and an insult to those of us dedicated at a pro level. Thank you (not) for wasting my time, seducing me with your nice offer, and then defrauding me and destroying the gear I purchased. I should return it to you except that I do not want to waste any more time with this company, or hear your voice of wonderment on the telephone as I have to again explain to you the basics of commerce. Fool me once. Boy am I dumb for returning to do business with this company. Just do me one favor, tell the person in the shipping dept to put some packaging in the box and not send electronics smashing into each other for the duration of handling and travel.

Update to my experience:Kent Chaisua really went out of his way to rectify the situation. He emailed and called almost immediately and kept in regular contact until thw situation was resolved. I was also given points toward my next purchase. I will he going back to PSSL. Thank you, Kent!

I had purchased 2 speakers at a good price. Even got it shipped to my house with economy shipping in two days. Even better. The real kicker was that of my two speakers, one was new and the other had been used sent in a blank box that had no signal sent to my audio interface. It was disappointing to say the least, but I should never get a product like that. Reaching support as soon as possible, it still took me well over a month to receive my second speaker from my original order date. Seems like it's roulette to what kind of overall experience will get.

I was stoked to find a great supplier like this in the OC and am surprised I just found out about them. After coming in, it's clear why I've never heard about them: their staff are slow, inattentive, and unhelpful. If Guitar Center staff are on the one extreme of "can I help you?" then these guys are on the exact other extreme. I won't be back.

PSSL has been a great asset for building TV studios for our live news network. Mike Flores from PSSL always answers, puts my orders in right away, and helps me make the right choices for our particular needs. I would recommend Mike and PSSL to anyone in the AV field.

Today, I think I met a great new friend, Don. Don is one of the sales professionals at PSSL. His knowledge about products and customer service is exceptional. Poor Don, I had a question that he didn't know the answer for off the top of his head, so he went out of his way to call the manufacturer to obtain an answer. He was put on hold forever, so he reached out to another resource to help me. Just outstanding customer service! His experience playing music and supporting customers at PSSL is second to none. He also responds to the online inquires as well.
