this karaoke store get the full price and gave you the product use at the store, and by the time you got home from different states and city, then you find out that is open box use at store, and you can’t return while you are in different city and states, the microphone only used by 7 or 8 time both mic doesn’t work, and they don’t take responsibility to take care the problem you are on your own.

this store get your full price and unload to your car and gave you the open boxes use at the store when they know you are from out of states and city, by the time you got home then you find out you get the use machine and microphone , after i use 7 -8 time the both microphone doesn't work anymore, and they don't take responsibility to take care the problem, when you buy $3000 units, now is not working, they say they don't care go ahead post on yelp . don't go this store in same area have few stores sell karaoke machines.

Contextually, I know very little about karaoke equipment, but like the majority of Asians, I love partaking in the narcissistic hobby of hollering at the mike imagining that I am some sort of pop celebrity. So it's been a long time coming that I purchase karaoke equipment. I live in NYC, and while visiting the flower fair for Tet (Lunar New Year) with my parents in Santa Ana, saw Loi Nguyen's Professional Karaoke shop next to Ba Le Banh Mi in the plaza next to Asian Garden Mall. The stars were aligned. I swung by and saw a few demo sets (open box floor display) for less than $500! So I stopped by to ask a few questions. He was kind enough to notice that I covered my ears due to the deafening noise and turned down the volume. He answered all my questions about what I need (amplifier/mixer, speakers, microphones) and what is optional (all the really fancy stuff, a karaoke player that holds 10,000 songs). He recommended that true karaoke enthusiasts pick top-of-the-line stuff for their home. But he listened while I explained that this is just to fill my karaoke fix while visiting my parents in LA four times a year, and that I have no space for this stuff in NYC. He said I can get the floor model, and honestly pointed out that one of the speakers were broken so he upgraded me to a new speaker set (much more expensive model) for FREE. He also gave me a deal on the two microphones. He showed me how to hook them up. He carried all this crap out of the car for me. Really nice and helpful guy. The next day I couldn't figure out how to turn on one of the microphone inputs so I called him on his cell and he patiently walked me through the steps. My parents are always really wary of Santa Ana shop merchants but I feel like Loi is a good guy. Pros: Super nice guy. AMAZING price for what I got and totally did the trick. I am happily singing along to some really old school stuff. Cons: Nothing really. I was overwhelmed by the vast selection but that's a plus, not a minus.
