Our exp. With Pro Furniture Installs has been nothing short of exceptional. We first worked with Octavio and his team in 2019, when we purchased cubicles from them for our growing business. When it was time to expand again in 2023, we knew exactly who to turn to. OCTAVIO HAS BEEN A CRITICAL PARTNER IN OUR COMPANY's expansion from the very beginning, providing white glove service that truly makes us feel valued. Unlike other vendors we reached out to, Octavio took the time to come to our office and personally discussed our needs, even taking measurements of our floor plan. He created 3D schematics of the new cubicles, which gave us a clear vision of what to expect. Before delivery, Octavio came to our office again to take a final measurement and address any questions or concerns we had. The delivery and installation process was seamless, thanks to his team professionalism and Octavio's expertise. I didn't purchase anything as they didn't have the a black Think chair available but Octavio was very nice on the phone and in person. They have a nice showroom with a lot of seating options to chose from.

Octavio helped me grab a Aeron Herman Miller chair early last year and was great at responding to my emails. The drive was a bit, so I wanted to make sure everything was good before I went and sure enough the chair was solid. So just few days ago I decided to reach out to see if he had anymore and luckily he had only a handful. So I went once again to grab a chair. Amazing pricing and great service!

Bought a spin bike off here, it was a steal. I can't believe I bought it and tried it for $150. I am thankful for this place. They were friendly, good customer service, and prompt in response. They have a lot of used good condition items for furniture or office space! Come here

The people at this store will go above and beyond to cater to your needs and price expectations. Excellent customer service. I tell anyone looking for a chair to check in here first as being able to try the chair in person is invaluable. I had a problem with my herman miller mirra and it is being resolved as best as they can help me out.

I got the best service from Octavia today at Pro Furniture. I bought a well-priced black chair for my middle schooler and got a great deal. Worth the extra $20 I paid for a new, better quality chair, from the cheap, uncomfortable chair I had just bought and will return to Target.
