I had my truck towed in because my serpentine belt and water pump pulley broke at 4pm and he had it ready the next day by 8am and it was very convenient to have it fixed so quickly, thank you! I have been bringing my cars here for repairs for over a decade. Tom is a super nice guy! Humble, very honest and does great work. He does an honest diagnosis of whatever problem(s) you may have with your car and gives you realistic options. He never tries to up sell you on repairs you don't need. He is kinda like your trusted dentist. You don't go anywhere else because they are hard to find.

Had my car in for a smog test yesterday. Fast and legit service. One of the cheaper places in OC that opens past 5pm. $35 otd including smog certificate. No complaints. Looks to be husband and wife team was friendly as well. Will definitely give them another shot at my business for future auto care needs.

We have been taking our car here for 5+ years and have always had excellent service. This shop is run by husband and wife who are very thoughtful and professional. They stand by their work, my car was having brake issues and they worked to make sure it was fixed correctly! I would 100% recommend this place. Very great pricing that is fair, and the work done is very reliable.

They've always done solid work on my cars, and it never felt like I was being cheated on prices for any work. I'd recommend them. Plus, if you have to wait, you can kill time across the street at goodwill.

Tom is so genuine and you can definitely trust his service. He isn't trying to make you buy anything you don't need for your car. He showed me exactly what was wrong for my car during a check up and gave great recommendations. His prices are fair and he is knowledgeable. He is super friendly and hsi schedule is usually packed but when I called for a spontaneous same day appointment, he made that time and he was done with my car quickly. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I usually don’t write review but Pro Auto Care in Westminster is a place I would recommend. The mechanic guys there are very honest, great diagnostic, and most of all very very reasonable price. And Hang the lady at the front desk is very good in following up with me in term of price and time of car in shop. I love this place. Please keep up the good work Pro Auto Care.
