Have been customer here for years and whenever I came, the hairstylist who did for me all the time was joking and mocking me a lot. This is what I don’t like about how they treat their customers. Leaving offensive comments about customers even though it was just a joke. Would never come back again!

Pose was one of my favorite salons when they first opened when I was younger. I haven't been back here in decades until my friend recommended Macy for my husband's hair before his interview! Spoiler alert: it was an amazing hair cut and he got the job!Fast forward to now, we have both been coming to Macy ever since. For my sister's birthday gift this year, I gifted her with an experience of having Macy give her a new haircut cut, color treatment, and the works!!! It was amazing! Macy is very detailed oriented, cares about the health of your hair, and is super reasonable with her pricing!If you are looking for a new hair or need a fresh cut or color, look no further! Macy is a gem!

Janice did an amazing job! I was recommended by a coworker to go to Janice for color and I'm so glad I did. This is my first time bleaching my hair and Janice did a great job making me feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing to me and why. And she also had great tips for maintenance. I would highly recommend her. As for the salon, everyone there was very friendly and the salon was nice and clean. I will be back in the future for sure!

Kim was the absolute best! She was easy to book with (Insta: @kimhn.hair) for a full balayage, very affordable as she's building her clientele, warm & friendly, very knowledgeable, and very talented & skilled, really taking her time and listening to her client's preferences. She really took her time teasing each lightened section and adding a root smudge at no extra charge for a nice blend, and beautifully toned my hair to a nice golden brown color that I was wanting when I explained that I didn't want to be a blonde (she nailed it!). She also offered me water a few times & let me know that if I went home and realized I was dissatisfied with the toner shade, I could come back and have her darken it. Great customer service! The salon is well-maintained and spacious with ample parking and plenty of food/drink places nearby. They have a nice and comfortable waiting area, and the bathroom is really convenient & clean, & everyone is really friendly. I would recommend an appointment (especially during the holiday season), as they were very busy on a Saturday morning/afternoon. Everyone walking out with their color & hair cut looked really happy, & by overhearing salon conversations, I could tell that the salon maintains great, lasting relationships with their customers. I saw a lot of men's cuts, so don't be intimated by the pink decor!

When I called to schedule an appointment I spoke to Ivan, such a nice boy! On the day of the appointment since I am running a bit late I called and apologized but affirmed that I will come. When I arrived it seemed the salon was on full speed. I asked a lady at the front station (there's no reception clerk at the register) please to let Ivan know that his 11:00 appointment is here. She said yea, yea but continued working on her customer for a good 15 minutes. Finally I gave up and walked down inside the salon calling his name since I only knew his name but not his face. At that moment the lady turned around and annoyingly called his name.Turned out Ivan is very courteous and very skillful. Over the phone I asked for a perm but then I changed my mind and needed only a haircut. Ivan was totally okay with it He gave me a super neat haircut just so appropriate for my age and my face. If you need a haircut at Pose, look for Ivan. P.S. the bathroom is clean, that's a big plus!

I must say Ivan did a great job on my hair (cut & highlighted). He is friendly and went extra miles to make customer happier. I have received wonderful compliments about my hair. Besides, Macy did a wonderful make up for me and I really love it. I definitely come back when I have a chance coming down to Southern California.

My normal hair salon didn't have any openings today. I was hesitant to try a new place as I've been going to the same person/salon for 6 years. Ivan gave me a great haircut. He was super detailed and understood how to cut my hair based on my head shape and the way it grew. I was so impressed. Definitely one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. I'm sure I'll be back! Typical Viet appoint. You call they say ok and don't even bother asking which stylist or your own number.However, my local Viet gal pal recommended me this place and I was lucky I landed with IVAN ~**. He said everyone's out or busy right now so he took me in for a cut and full foil highlight.I am the type that never goes to the salon. I hate redoing things and I like low maintenance. I showed inspo photos.Things I like about Ivan:1) He actually looked at my photos and gave feedback2) He had another client who showed up late, and although he did rush my toner sesh a little, he still got me to my conditioning step before working on the other late client.3) He was clear about his add ons prices before doing anything4) He didn't cheat me with a full foil price and did the minimal half full foil. He actually did a lot of the hair underneath. So when I put my hair in a pony tail you can still see the foils5) He was just a really nice, friendly, pleasant stylist.6) He explained the process to me while he was doing it.I'm totally coming back here. It's not a bougee place, but fits my needs and price point perfectly. Catch them on a weekday if you can.Added before and after photos
