Jodi did an amazing job on my daughters hair. Her natural blonde color had grown out. Jodi blended the top with the bottom. It turned out really good. We will be back!

This review is for Adri is suite #126 "Con Amor" is her business name!!Adri is so good at her craft when it comes to doing lashes. Her set up is clean, thorough and efficient. She will walk you through every step when it comes to aftercare as well as the style of lashes she is doing. Bonus points for the fact that she gives cute little aftercare bags Clean, friendly, amazing results, great location just A+ all around experience for lashes. Will keep coming back!!

This place is so nice! I've gone to get my lashes done about 3 times because my lash tech, Adri from Con Amor moved to this spot and I love it. It's such a peaceful building and the bathroom is always clean. Also, Adri's lash suite is such a cute and cozy space. The gold and vintage decor looks so nice. I love this location change for Con Amor. And of course my lashes were so pretty, as per usual when Adri lashes me. I can't wait to go back for a new lash set.

It was my first time getting ombre powder brows so I was excited and nervous to finally get brows. Lorelle was super sweet and professional. The session took about 3 hours but it was comfortable that I fell asleep. The first hour is dedicated by shaping and Lorelle is very talented with her work. I was really impressed with how good my brows looked. I wanted a natural glam look and she was able to help me gain confidence with my self esteem. During the shaping process, I asked if we could do it thinner and she was very accommodating and helpful. I was thankful that she was able to make changes and that she really cared about customer service. She also answered a bunch of questions I had lol. I highly recommend Lorelle if you want to get your eyebrows done. She also does lip blush as well. Overall, I am really happy with my brows and I'm so thankful that I don't have to do my eyebrow makeup anymore. It costs $350. Touch ups are $175+. It lasts about 1-3 years. For the pain scale, I would rate it as 1/10 that it was almost painless. It's just a vibrating scratchy feeling. Other people have rated it 2 out of 10. Just a heads up the room can get cold so bring a sweater. Also another thing is that you have to avoid exercising 1-2 weeks after the procedure. The appointment booking is straightforward at inkbylorelle.com.

My all time favorite hair stylist Traci buck works here now. Back in February, Traci was unavailable so I booked an appointment with one of her former co-workers (at a different hair salon) who supposedly had stellar reviews. My hair looked great for one week and then turned into this terrible orange color. I absolutely detested my hair. Fast forward to June and one week before my wedding I hoped Traci could fix my hair. It's been 2 months since she re-did my balayage and it still looks fantastic and I continue to get compliments on my hair. I seriously will not trust anyone else to touch my hair other than Traci!!

REVIEW FOR SLBYVIKKI inside of Phenix Zero star for the most outrageously disgusting treatment that I received with this Vikki girl. Never in my life have I met a hairstylist that treated me like she was doing ME a favor when I was the one paying for her service. A waste of $470 that got me enraged and hope people reading this will never come to VIKKI. The day of my appointment, I stood outside Phenix and texted her because the door was locked. She came out and without saying hi to me nor introduced herself to me, she led me into the room and asked "what's your hair history?" I told her that a few months ago I dyed my hair, that I'm at the age where my grey hair is too much, and my hair was becoming dry from my highlights a year ago. She then started yelling. I kid you not...she YELLED AT ME "you box dyed your hair!!!!! You did not tell me this. I would never take you as a client if I knew!!!!!" Then she continued with "this is now a color correction and not balayage. It would be more than what I quoted you!" What the heck? I'm not a hair expert. As a professional, she should have texted me and asked me my hair history beforehand. How could I have known that you needed this info? None of my previous hairstylists made a big deal about this before. Huge red flag and I regret not walking out of there after being scolded at like a child. During the process, I sat there for 3.5 hours in a little room and listening to music that has words like "p*ssy" and "f*ck" plus all the other vulgar stuff that make a customer uncomfortable. I just told myself to ignore it because she has the fate of my hair in her hands. I gave her 20% tip ($80) because I do liked the color that she ultimately achieved and thought she should be compensated for her talent. She quoted me $240-390 and ended up charging me $390, so I was ok with it and gave her a total of $470. I came home and when I tied up my hair, ALL OF MY GREY was untouched. There were batches of grey hair all over my roots and my sideburn as if I never went to get my hair done. I messaged her to ask nicely if there was anything she could do to fix the grey, because the purpose of getting my hair done was to cover it up. Who was I kidding, knowing what kind of a person this girl is, she responded nastily. Gaslighting, lying, and being rude by saying that I never told her to focus on the grey, that i was not honest about my hair history. What in the world? I was honest, why would I lie about my hair history lol what good would that do for me? AND I did mention my grey. But wouldn't that be implied anyway even if I didn't mention it? Who goes to do their hair done and NOT want to cover up the grey? I regret coming here. I should've walked away the minute this girl opened the door and acted like I was begging her to do my hair. She forgets that there are so many other talented hair stylists that I could find on Yelp who respect their clients and have better customer service than the treatment that she gave me.

This establishment has some prejudiced small minded employees. My friend wanted to do a walk in a few days ago and she was turned away at the door while the lady let in other customers, like that’s discrimination. There’s no excuse for behavior like that, the employees should learn not to discriminate against people based off their appearance because that’s messed up and it hurts people. If you want to be a bigot don’t work in customer service.

This is a two-part review (one for my hair stylist, and another specifically for the Phenix Salon Suites) **Hair Balayage with Cindy Duong (IG @hairwithcindy)** I came here for my balayage appointment with Cindy Duong, who works out of a Phenix Salon Suite. I've been a client of Cindy's since 2019. Why? 1. I always end up loving the end result! Give her a few inspiration pictures and she'll do her best to match it! Cindy definitely tries to get you as close to your hair inspo pic and will be truthful about what the results may be, and how it depends on your hair's health, hair on the end is more porous so grabs more color, etc. 2. The pricing is on par with other stylists in the area. 3. Cindy is very personable and easy to talk to! She knows hair and is very happy to give you a list of her recommended products. She answers all of my hair questions easily and happily. Another thing I like about her is that she keeps things real. She's honest and communicative. Instead of encouraging everyone to come back in X months, she says it's really dependent on you, your lifestyle, and what your preferences are, noting that her clients visit anywhere between every 3 months to even just once a year, and that each is totally ok. She doesn't goad you to keep coming back or pressure you at all. I have already booked two appointments for the future (literally, in 2021) because she gets booked hella FAST. I could go on and on about Cindy and my hair, but I think the fact that I am a repeat customer (& continue to be) speaks volumes. I may try to post my hair pictures when lighting is better, but if you want to see photos of the hair coloring she's done, check out her instagram at @hairwithcindy! If you're on the search for a new hair colorist, check out Cindy! Price transparency: the service was $250 (her balayage service *starts* at $250 and depends on bowls of bleach used, etc) [excluding tip, which is person-specific anyway] ----- **Phenix Salon Suite** There's little to complain about the Phenix Salon Suite itself. There's a lot of parking available, and the facility is well-maintained. Each stylist operates out of a room!
