I've been sending stuff to VN here for so many years & this year was a big dissatisfaction with how the owner handling lost of goods. My aunt received the box, not the original one that I sent, we lost so many stuff. I showed up to Phat Tai in person, called a lot of times & finally the owner talked to me when I left a message saying I'd file a complaint with the BBB. She asked me what I lost, I told her briefly & told her to call me the next day so I can give her the actual list & the amount, she never call. I went ahead & filed a complaint with the BBB. My aunt tried to talk to the people in VN & they blamed the airport staff. So we still haven't able to really talk to anyone to get reimburse for what we lost. Never go back to this place again

Such great service! Every time I send money it gets there right on time without any problems. Will definitely use them again and again. also their rate is pretty good for around the Bolsa area for shipping packages to VN. I come there to use them for FedEx and UPS services as well. Thanks Phat Tai for being my go to cargo shipping center!

Very disappoint. Don't go here : PHAT TAI's CARGO ( in Pho Thang Long's shopping cter) Everything is delayed, take very long, all day to get respond from the owner as she avoids to contact directly to customers. The delayed was made in VN site, they did not deliver the funds on time and make up lots of untrue reasons Phat tai rep even covered up by saying " we sent money without showing the sender's name !!" What ??? Does it make any sense when people accept money without knowledge where/ whose it comes from? I'm very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Phat tai Cargo, you need to have a better communication, quick respond and do not keep delay the service. If you're late, don't make fun yourself by lying , make up untrue stories to cover up your failure. Do not lie . The more you lie, the worst you represent your business. Timing is one of your promises when we choose your service but you're failed. Honest : Fail. Too much lies Too bad Phat tai. I give you 2 stars because you service seems better in Saigon area though.
