Single-man shop, the guy knows his stuff. Very fair, could have charged me for a job I thought was necessary but didn't because it wasn't. Very quick to identify problems. Extremely professional and knowledgable.There's a bit of a wait time but it's because his skills are in demand.

I have never had a bad experience here! Justin always uses quality products and only does work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Personal Care Auto Repair. On one occasion, he explained that a certain repair would be best done by another shop and sent me elsewhere. This was after he diagnosed the issue and spent about 30 minutes with no charge. Honest, trustworthy, reliable!

Justin does an amazing job! I needed an oil change before going to havasu the next day and he had a full day but said he would squeeze me in anyways! He got it done in no time at all and even checked my other fluids as well as making sure my tires had enough air in them. If you want great customer service, Justin is the guy you want to see!
