Excellent customer service. I purchased and needed maintenance for spa chairs, the price is right, I feel safe and resrpect their honesty. Plus, the spa chairs I purchased for years are still running great, their products are very reliable. I like it.

I don't recommend people buying this model! The quality is so bad! Buying this chair more than 1 year, but the back of the massage keep torn out! Lately we changed 6 chairs already! It's expensive to buying a part to replace! The point is the chair just more than 1 year, bad bad quality! Don't recommend this!

Really like this places, the older lady was super nice , she's always help me out with all my concerns , I came here twice & I always got a very Warm welcome & always got what I was looking for & I will come back for more stuff for sure!

Annie or someone from pedis spa of America texted me offer to fix the chair for a free of charge. I contacted Nick yesterday and he was very nice and profession stating that he will come out to fix my n site and he couldn't fix it. They took the unit back and have it fixed within hours @ no cost. Thanks Nick and team. I appreciate it. PS. As far as customer service and voice of reason. I stand behind my option on certain people that's why it's 3 stars now instead of 5. I thank you for the offer to have it fixed and y'all did a good job. ....... please keep in mind, Dept of Consumer Affairs confirm.....all products that are manufacture warranty then it cannot be void even if change of ownership for as long as the receipts and paper work are properly presented. That is the DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS OF CALIFORNIA. THANKS AGAIN NICK AND TEAM.

All of my customers so happy to have great time of massage chairs made by Pedi American. I am glad to choose their supplies for my shop at Natural Nails Spa Belmont. The customers service are so detailed, they make sure everything go well. We are very satisfied with them .

Our family owns a nail salon and we purchased all of our pedicure, manicure and storage systems for our salon. Their equipment is very durable and their customer service is top notch! Anytime we had any questions or issues the people there were helpful and quickly took care of us.
