Co Thuy and the ladies at Ngoc Quang really helped make the whole ring buying process easy and honestly fun. They helped my fiancé pick out a ring that fit my style perfect.Extremely upfront about prices, and easily the cheapest in all of Phuoc loc tho. We went to almost all the other stores and they weren't even close to what Ngoc Quang was asking for.Customer service is amazing, they really take the time to make sure you're happy with what your looking for, and know how to recommend things based off your preference.I also had to get my ring resized, they did it the day of in probably under 30 minutes and you couldn't even tell. They also make sure to test the ring in front of me to put aside any unease, I didn't even have to ask them.We bought both my engagement ring and wedding band here at a great price. Highly recommend this store for any jewelry needs! They have earned a life-time customer!

A must go to jewelry shop if you're stuck and still looking. Just do it. I came here with my boyfriend last year since this shop was recommended to us by his friends. We busted down my boyfriend's jade Buddha piece, and my boyfriend also got me another gold chain. For our anniversary, my boyfriend was trying to buy me these Chanel earrings I liked through the stores in California and Hawaii, but they told him they only had it available in Europe. Instead of giving up, my boyfriend went straight to his jeweler, Dustin, and asked for a replica. The earring set turned out so perfect. Instead of using the metals Chanel does, Dustin used real gold. I fell in love with the set, wore it the same day out, and kept showing everyone haha. We'll be recommending our favorite jewelry shop to anyone and everyone. The sky is the limit here.

First off Dustin, is my personal jeweler. Feels nice to feel catered to fully by one of the best in Jewelry. I'm from the NorCal Bay Area and was told about "FlawlessOC" on Instagram! So word spread to the Bay about his work! He did my mothers Buddha Jade Piece. Wrapped it in 18k Gold. Also VS2 diamonds that wrapped the border. With a custom lucky coin design with my personal initials. This piece was supper sentimental to me and he made this piece a million times better! Fully took care of me from start to finish and even mailed it overnight to me! Dustin is the one to go to! 6 months later.. my lady wanted these Channel Earrings that weren't sold in the US! So what do I do? I go to the best in the game! He replied same day and gave me a design and layout of what is going to be done! Also I gave him a deadline which I hated to do to him! He was able to finish before me and my ladies anniversary! And the earrings came out amazing! Photos will speak for themselves!

Just bought my engagement ring and was helped by cô Phi. She was very helpful and gave me a really good deal. The owner chị Thuý was also very nice and treated me like a long time customer. I will definitely come back to buy other jewelry in the future.

I bought the rings for my mom birthday over $2000, when I give for my mom and someone told my mom that rings not good quality. And I come back store I told I want sell that ring but they don’t buy it , I ask them why not ? They said if they buy back very cheap about 6 or 700 , they tell me keep it because they don’t want buy any jewelry after they sold it. WTH I don’t understand why, they sell for my not the real one ? ??? I still keep that rings until now, I put on review because I don’t want anybody look like me . How come we Việt Nam , you do look like that ? I never ever come back that store name Ngoc Quang

The service here is great! The owner was very willing to work with me to help me identify what I wanted and was looking for. I got a white gold bangle for my birthday (a gift from my mother). We went to pretty much all the little shops and ended here due to previous purchases. Definitely recommend Ngoc Quang for all your jewelry needs.
