The employees are thieves.they don't follow orders and overcharge you.this happened to me twice already. In January 2024 the short guy put a tablet on my account but told me it was free but forgot to tell me I will be paying extra 10 dlls a month also last week they said I already got home Internet and they didn't wanted to give me the free 1 month of Internet free,I had to go back and ask for a refund.the short guy pretends or says I'm sorry but take advantage of Spanish speaking people.horrible service.
