I'm not one to write many reviews, or even like shopping for that matter, but Sam's service inspired me take to yelp. I told him my price range, he laid out all the phones that fit and he went thru the specs of each and had valuable additional info to add for each that doesn't appear on the box. He made the selection process quick and painless. The next day I needed to return for some help migrating my old phone to my new one since my google drive backup didn't work correctly. Sam fixed everything in short order. Thanks again Sam!

Sam made my day! I am so grateful for his knowledge, friendliness, professionalism and being such a perfect customer service. I could not ask more!! Since I bought a new phone from an Apple store, I had a nightmare of migrating my old phone# to the new phone with an old phone service company that I was with. I even switched to it's parent company. The parent company guaranteed they could migrate it. The parent company lied to me and gave me a new phone# instead. They told me I needed to wait 2 months to apply to migrate the old phone#. At this point, I was super sad till this place being recommended by my partner. First, I went to different Metro PCS on Warner in the HB and had a bad experience so I was in doubt first. But Sam was different from all others! He took care of me 100% the way I was hoping and I am 100% satisfied. He stopped my several days of hardship today! No more. He's a savior! Now I got my old phone# that I carried for decades and my family member in my country can contact me once again thanks to Sam. Thank you truly again Sam for all your help and support today!

Honest nice people running an honest business. The husband and wife couple that helped us were very fun and cheery extremely pleasant. They went out of stairway to help my daughter who has lost her SIM card holder on her iPhone....

I love how you always give discounts on your accessories. I bought my case and the screen thingy for 24 and it's usually 50 at the t mobile store. They always transfere everything to your new phone.I love you guys you guys are the best.

They charged 15 dollars to move a sim card to another phone. A normal service doesn't require any action but MetroPCS requires activation. The store charged my mother 15 dollars. They never told her it was free to do if you call in.

Wow I had to double-check that I had the right MetroPCS because I was so surprised that there was five stars on this review! The owner of this place is terrible! Even though the workers are super sweet and extremely hard-working even in the hottest weather in Orange County and in probably not the best area by the courthouse, they still wear a smile so good job to the employees! But when you come here to get Services, be prepared to get hustled if the owner is there. I asked to switch devices after purchasing my phone there about a month ago and I have given this store so much business I'm pretty surprised that he wouldn't let me use his phone to switch my device! He lied to me and then told me that if I used the store phone to switch my device that somehow Metro would charge the store $15 for using the phone in the store to switch my personal device! When I called Metro and ask them if this is possible they kind of laughed and said that there is no way that they do that and that's never been the case I have been a Metro customer for over 10 years and I have never had this issue as well changing devices. There are better Metro Stores in way worse areas and way better areas, it is not excusable to lie to the customer just because you want to make an extra $15! Metro makes it extremely hard but you think that we could work all together on this side instead of getting hustled. Bad job guys really bad job at owning a business and at being a human. What should I expect though for the type of people running this business. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but it is what it is.
