Macy's is an iconic department store offering a first class selection of top fashion brands, clothing, shoes, housewares, and gifts. Some customers report that customer service is still great, with sales associates described as nice, very nice, helpful, and professional. Shoppers appreciate the wide variety and have found items like swimsuits and male cardigans at very reasonable prices, especially in the clearance section, and are pleased with the bargain. However, experiences vary by location. One store is situated in a rundown and failing mall that is in need of a major renovation. This location used to be well kept, organized, and a pleasure to shop at, but now some find it chaotic with a lack of housekeeping, noting clothes all over the place, on the floor, and in the wrong areas. This has led to a shopping experience that feels stressed, lost, and delayed for some, with concerns that the location's business is going down. While the mall is slated for revitalization, the timing is uncertain. Despite this, the store is expected to be very busy during the holidays.

Bought some Dior perfume. The lady at the counter was nice and patient when I asked her to spray samples of everything for me. I found the perfect scent for my lady. Thank Macy's.
