Lan was working with me and I purchased frames and lenses. I brought her my prescription from my other doctor and she help process the lenses and helped me pick out frames. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I enjoy my experience. I will likely return as a customer.

Mai was amazing with her job. She nicely asked what you wanted and helped you out with a really good attitude. She patiently waited for me while I picked out the style I wanted and was available whenever I needed help or if I had questions. The process of completing a pair of glasses is quick and easy. 10/10 recommend!

I decided to check out this spot in my neighborhood to see what they had in stock. A welcoming guy named Tony was there, and even though it was almost closing time, he was super helpful. His great customer service, along with their big, beautiful inventory, convinced me to make an appointment with their doctor to order a pair of simple reading glasses—not even progressive ones for computer use.
The next day, I came back, and there were different staff members, but they were all just as friendly and helpful. I saw the doctor, a young woman, and though I tried to stay positive, I started noticing either the equipment wasn’t right for checking my eyes, or she didn’t know how to use it. Still, I trusted her. I spent a lot of time picking out a good frame, and a week later, I was excited to pick up my glasses. But when I put them on, I couldn’t see a thing. My current lens is a 1.5, but she had prescribed me a 3.5+, which was way off.
I returned the glasses, and the staff calmed me down, offering to let me see a different doctor. It took about an hour, and the new doctor said the first prescription was wrong. She used these old, cloudy lenses to check my vision, and even after cleaning them, the results were the same. I got my new glasses with lens 2.00 a week later, and again, I couldn’t see with them properly.
I went back to ask for a refund, but a nice guy convinced me to give them one last chance. I spent another hour seeing a third doctor, and sadly, it was the same disappointment when the glasses came in the following week.
I had to take an hour off work to return the glasses and ask for a refund, but another staff member, who felt bad for me, said they’d refund the cost of the glasses but NOT the doctor’s visit. That was frustrating, because the DOCTORS were the whole reason I wasted so much time there.
So, I just wanted to share my experience. You might want to get your prescription somewhere else, and if you like their inventory, then maybe give them a try for frames.

I worked with Lan at LensCrafters. She did an outstanding job in helping me with getting my two pairs of glasses. She is excellent in assisting with glasses that match your style and personality. The doctor and assistant at this Westminster location were great, too.

Don’t waste your time buying an eyeglass repair kit. I was able to walk in and have someone fix my Ray-Ban’s and replace the screw that I lost. This service is complementary. The staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. I would definitely go back, and use their services again.
