The front staff didn't want to work on check in . They asked to do by myself from machine . Wjy do they get paid ? They didnt want to show me either . I have to pay my insurance fee almost 1 k a month . I deserve better services not as them

2nd time here. Helen was fantastic. No pain. In and out quick. This is the best lab corp. Was done so fast I decided to shop in the area and found more great places. Thank you Helen for the great service.

I tried to get an online appt. with Walgreens but every location was a wait from 1 - 2 weeks out. I found Westminster location and they had 4 next day appts open so I booked the earliest of the 4. I wasn't familiar with the location but I'm not too far. Parking is not easy as the office is set back strip mall style with only one entrance and exit. This is why parking is a problem. I was lucky getting one. I checked in thru my phone and when I went inside, I was immediately greeted. I checked in again at counter and asked to wait. Hiep was very friendly and handled the check-in smoothly. The lobby had approx 5 & then 2 more came in after me. They must have all been walk-ins because I was the first one called. This is why I wouldn't recommend just walking in. Nham called me in and was also friendly and we shared conversation. I have small vein issues which I advised her about and she was considerate of my request for a butterfly needle. The entire process took less than 15 mins between drawing blood and leaving urine specimen. I had a 12:45pm appt, called in 12:50pm and in my car at 1:10pm.I've read previous feedback and I don't dispute the person had a bad experience. I too have been in labs and had to wait extended periods of time and that was with an appt. I've also left 1 & 2 stars for these locations with followup visits to see if there were any changes so I could update my rating. Sometimes it was better sometimes not, so I went to another lab and won't return. Hopefully the issues that previously existed have changed and going forward this lab will be able to increase from the current 3.5 to above 4. The lab is located in the Little Saigon community so employees 1st language is not English, but rather a language suited to the majority of the population in the area. I only speak English but found the 2 employees I interacted with did fine. If you have issues with language barrier my suggestion would be to select a location more suited to your needs.

If you are going to bring a child, this place is not a good option, they tried to draw my son's blood twice and they did find the vein, but they punctured it both times and in the end they could not obtain enough blood for the studies that were carried out on him. They requested the child, and said they were going to send only what they had. I tried to find a better laboratory close to home but this is not an option.

My appointment was honored promptly, with only a few minutes' wait time, making for a seamless, efficient experience.What stood out most was the professionalism and skill of the staff. The process of drawing blood, often an anxiety-inducing prospect for many, was surprisingly painless. Despite needing three test tubes of blood, the procedure was over within a swift three minutes.Most impressively, the entire visit, from my 10:15 appointment to my departure, lasted a mere 12 minutes! Such speed and efficiency, without compromising on service quality, truly set this Labcorp branch apart.In summary, my visit to Labcorp in Westminster was quick, easy, and surprisingly comfortable. With its painless procedures and speedy service, this facility is setting a high bar for healthcare services. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Not sure why people have the audacity to type things that are very much biased, discriminatory, and/or racist Every heard of "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it" Anyways, Phoebe and Hiap were very helpful and patient with my deep veins and slow blood flow They were able to successfully draw my blood. I didn't have an appointment but got me in pretty much immediately Granted, if they couldn't have taken me in, I would 100% understand. I will definitely come back

This location is near me, however, I don't think I'd ever come back here. They truly live up to "that Asian place" label. Staff is very unhelpful and would rather sit glue to the chair than helping patients. Not like the person has to get up or leave that spot to help me. Looked like it requires too much work on her part to look up my insurance. For her, it is better to turn away and send people home than helping during their down time. I came in with my insurance, asking staff to check if the lab I need has any fee for annual blood test (comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel, BUN & creatinine, urine test). Basically everything you would need to do for your Physical Exam blood test. The Vietnamese lady who acted as front desk, gave me back the insurance with no intention of checking it. She said Labcorp would send the bill home after the blood test. Who would agree to that?!? What if the amount is A LOT?!? This is why I came in asking for the cost before Labcorp send me the bill after the service! I don't know what type of fail this place is commiting to, but I wouldn't do my lab here. Staff at other locations, even Quest, would be able to have the price for me to decide whether to agree or not prior to them rendering service. Such typical HORRENDOUS Asian customer service in Bolsa area if you ask me!

Came to ask Lancorp staff to see whether I can do by lab test here. How much do I have to pay for annual lab test; supposed to be free based on specific Labcorp location I have it done. My insurance said they only have contract with this specific location. The Vietnamese lady who sat there didn't want to check. She said Labcorp would bill me afterward if my deductible haven't met. I went to Labcorp in AMD building, they always able to check. Last year when my insurance was in their location network, I paid $0. This year my insurance is no longer in that location network. My spouse paid $38 to have lab done there. That's the reason why I asked this location staff to check. The lady I spoke with at this place was too lazy to even check anything, eventhough no other patients required her assistance. Everyone was checked in using the kiosk and waiting to be called. I usually have my blood done at 9191 Westminter (AMD building) or 11180 Fountain Valley. This would be my first time here. However, based on her unwillingness to help and their extremely small, share parking space, I wouldn't come here at all!

Phoebe P was my tech for blood drawing . She was very attentive and quick explained to me thoroughly for aftercare .I definitely recommend the place in general they're very attentive and know what their doing

Very fast, convenient, and easy process. Made my appointment online and knew my phlebotomist, Hiep Le (saw him last year :) ), and he made it quick and painless. He made sure to use a smaller needle after remembering that I have small veins. So sweet!
