Diamond buy back - if you have no intention of ever selling your diamond then read no further. I bought a diamond ring here many years ago with the intention of upgrading or selling back. I was told the diamond loses 10% for sell back and keeps its value if you upgrade and the setting loses 40%~60%. Guess what I was told when I came in to sell it. They don't take back the setting. I was told it's only the first 2 years for the 10% and after that it's market value, they had recently updated their policy during COVID, diamond has dropped 30%. Blah blah blah ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I was livid, all I hear was BS. Not once did they mention market value during my initial purchase. If the diamond value had gone up, would you had offered me more? It left a nasty taste in my mouth At this point, I rather take the 20% loss than let them keep a cent. Your words are worthless and holds no weight. I will make certain my friends and family are aware before they shop for diamond.

I walked in to look for a ring and they stared at me as I was walking in and told me that I needed an appointment to look around and sent me away. They didn't offer to set an appointment or help me or anything it was clearly because I was black and they were uncomfortable with me being in the space. There were people free to help me eating food and looking around but they didn't want to help me at all. I know that this is a primarily Vietnamese area but I live here too and I'm allowed to go and shop at places without being discriminated against. And I checked their website there's absolutely nothing that says that an appointment is needed on the website.

Been searching around and this is the best place to buy a diamond ring for your significant other! Very professional and they even let us watch them cut out and fit the diamond into the ring. After the cutting and fitting was done, another person (the owner) reinspected the cut. What was even better was that, their diamond has the serial number inside of it that matches the diamond GIA certificate form that they give u alongside with the ring. So through a telescope, the owner let me see that the serial number inside the diamond ring that matches the serial number of the GIA diamond certificate paper work. I was so relieved and less stressed when they let me see the authenticity of the diamond and it's 4Cs. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Most importantly, my wife is happy and as they say... "Happy Wife = Happy Life"

I am so glad I discovered this jeweler when I was looking for an engagement ring for my now fiancé! I went into the store with my fiancé's sister and friend to help me pick out a ring and Chi Da helped us out. She was very welcoming and patient, teaching me about how the diamonds are graded and walking me through the different sizes and qualities of diamonds and how they compared to one another. I did not feel rushed at all into purchasing a ring. Although she didn't have the exact diamond I was looking for in the store, she very promptly ordered the diamond I requested and made sure to keep up communication to let me know when it arrived. Chi Da clearly takes her profession very seriously and it shows in the quality of diamonds they have in store/order for customers. If you are looking for a jeweler with high quality items at competitive prices, look no further than Kieu Hanh Jewelry.

Exceptional service! I was looking for a wedding band and to also redesign my old ring. My friend referred me to this business because her entire family goes here. I totally understand why now! I work in the retail sales industry myself and customer service is a huge thing for me. The store has a great selection and if you don't see what you were looking for, they can order it in for you. Dalida was GREAT! She is such a kind, personable and knowledge sales person. She never pressured me into buying anything, just gave me great service. And was even texting back and forth with me after hours about a special order. She makes you truly feel appreciated as a client. I'm loving my new wedding band and my new redesigned ring! Thank you so much Dalida - you made this experience a breeze!

This is by far the BEST jeweler I've worked with hands down, especially in the OC area. Not only is there no added pressure to buy, they go the extra mile to make sure you're happy! I was on the hunt for a specific piece of jewelry for several months and had reached out to Ngoc Quang and Ngoc Bich with no success. Not only were they unwelcoming, they made no attempt to help me as a customer. My mom agrees and she's pretty well known in the jewelry industry. What a shame because they lost a large sale! Also, they're pretty overpriced. If you're looking for quality, unique designs, and stellar prices, come to this store. Stop by and ask for Dalida...she has very competitive prices and amazing service. Honestly, I'm so pleased. :)I had called this store about an inquiry and Dalida was super helpful. She was texting me and was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was so pleased! I finally found what I was looking for. There was such amazing service that even my mom was interested and ending up buying something from Dalida!Thank you Dalida, Mr. Jeweler in the back, and your aunt for making us happy customers...you have made customers for life and we will be recommending you to all our friends and family.

My fiancé got my engagement ring at Kieu Hanh's jewelry. He took me back to get my wedding band, the owner Chi Da, provided the most amazing customer service! She told me the story about when she first met my fiancé and how they were trying to decide on my engagement ring. So glad she was his guidance, I LOVE MY RING! The store Is well organized, professional, and gives off a friendly environment, they don't try to sale you, but make sure you are satisfied and confident about the jewelry you are looking for. I recommend going to Kieu Hanh and ask for Chi Da!

Super friendly and helpful service! Da went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and she truly understands the meaning of making customers happy with what they buy. Da was available even outside of store hours and was always extremely responsive. Kieu Hanh has a wide variety of selections and offer extremely competitive prices! I would highly recommend this store, and especially Da, to anyone looking for engagement and wedding rings, or any other jewelry!

Great experience! I had my wedding rings appraised here and would definitely recommend to a friend! Bruce was very communicative, helpful, and friendly. And the price for appraisal was fair/in line with other appraisers, if not even more affordable than other places. They also had a studio sale going on with really good deals on gorgeous ring designs.
