Did there best to accomodate. Good place to get basic work or vehicle wraps. Need a bit of polishing as far as paint prep and fabrication methods and quality. Overall not bad.

All I'm going to say is get a chance to work with me and you're going to see exactly how I am like my loyal customers that I help out so much there's common in here and it has to do with people that do not want to pay and I understand I got nothing against them but I wish they could be in my shoe I have to make a living this is where I can give food to my family I will respond to the reviews in time

My son took his car here to diagnose a problem with his radiator. He gave his recommend repair and estimate. He also told my son he had to replace the timing belt. He gave him a high cost over $1700. His father is an ex mechanic in a different industry now. He said he’s just trying to charge him extra for because he has to take the timing belt off to get to the water pump. So my son decided to go elsewhere. This guy had the nerve to tell my son never to come back that he’s only looking for dedicated Customers. How unprofessional and rude! You charged my son $165 for diagnosing it I think that’s plenty money. If I had heard that standing there, I would’ve given him my two cents He can’t afford this plus you’re ripping him off. Probably ripping off customers.realizing that you charge for repairs not necessary.

Great service! I was at the clinic next door when my vehicle would not start. Jr happened to be outside when he noticed that I was having car problems. He walked over, introduced himself and offered to assist. He was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was to my understanding. Jr and his team got my car up and running again the following day. Everyone was very helpful, and the pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend and I will definitely come back to this auto shop!

I am a 74yo woman who lost her mechanic. He retired and I was adrift. I held off getting service for my older 2008 Honda CRV not knowing who I could trust to do an oil change and general check over. I finally figured why not try the old place that I usesd to go to that JR bought out. Well, I have to say it was worth the risk because now I have my all-around mechanic that I will continue to go to and will recommend this business to any and all who will listen. Fair prices, great service, quick turn around time, and good mechanics. Try JR Custom. You won't be sorry.

I went to this shop for the 1st time and they did a great job on my brakes. The staff were friendly and kindly answered my questions.
