Jin is very professional and provides his services for a good price. I actually did a quick price comparison on some of his charges for parts and they are indeed less expensive here than at other places! I came in with my car that had just been recovered after it was stolen and trashed. I had no idea if it was okay to drive. Jin was very informative and transparent when I asked him questions about the car and his services, and he also worked very quickly. I left feeling safe driving my car, and I felt comfortable that I had gotten a good deal. Great experience!

I did not go to see Jin's shop however when I gave him a call he was very kind and helpful quoted me pricing. A shop owner with a good attitude is half the battle. My timing didn't quite work out to get to his shop although if I need anything done in the future I will go see him.

I discovered Jin's Autocare one day driving by on my way to taking my son to school one morning and did a little research online to see if the business had any reviews. For the most part all the reviews were positive and so I decided to take my vehicle. The owner Sijin specializes in Toyota/Lexus vehicles but does service other makes/models.My first impression of Jin Autocare after having my vehicle serviced is that he is very nice, honest, and his prices are fair. He takes the time to fully inspect your vehicle as well as explain any recommended items/services and he lists them in order of priorities. He also shared pictures of his finding with me so I appreciated that as it gives me a sense that he's not trying to take advantage and add things.I'm so glad that I found Jin's Autocare and the best part is that he's walking distance from where I live so if I have to leave my vehicle with him for awhile and don't want to wait there, I can just walk home. I found my new mechanic and hopes he stays in the area for the foreseeable future.Service: Oil change

Jin's AutoCare should be your go to for Auto repairs. Although the place seems a bit hidden, it is definitely a gem. Sijin is super nice & friendly. My girlfriend and I came in for a simple auto repair to fix her fuse for her car charger. We called various auto repair shops who kept suggesting high prices of over $100. However, when I called Sijin, he was clear, precise, and knowledgeable. His prices are definitely fair and affordable. When we got to the shop, Sijin was so nice and truly showed his enthusiasm on helping us fix his problems. He is easy to talk to and willing to help you find a solution. He was able to quickly solve our problem for an affordable price. On top of that, he also said if the problem were to happen again, we would get a discount in the future, but hopefully it doesn't haha. I highly recommend Sijin for his expertise and customer service. I will definitely be coming back. 5/5 for the Sijin!!!

I knew I had a weak battery in my Lexus LS 460, but I neglected replacing it. I went out of town for two weeks, and got back with my battery completely dead. Sijin responded to my inquiry quickly and even came out to my location to swap the battery since I did not have time to jump it and drive to his shop. He not only replaced it with a Lexus OEM battery w/ warranty, but did it at a cost that was cheaper (including the cost to travel to me) than if I had went into the dealer. He was extremely responsive and communicative during the process as well.

Sijin takes he's time to do the right thing. He will provide you an A+ customer service and amazing advice on any car related issue you might have. Great communication, great location, quick customer service. He will take his time to talk you unlike other mechanics that rush you out and overwhelm you with unnecessary paperwork! If you need a genuine mechanic that would take care of your vehicle, then I would recommend JIN'S Autocare!

Promptly replied to my quote request and provided alternatives. Brought a newly purchased CPO vehicle to be inspected and was quickly seen. Sijin walked me through the entire inspection and explained what we were looking at step by step and was even able to point out a couple of things he thought would be covered by the car's warranty, which the dealer is now currently working on. Overall, great first impression. I will be bringing in my daughter's first car soon given the great customer service and value he provided.
