“A strong odor and slow drains revealed a deeper sewer issue beneath the property. Their team took on the sewer repair job and handled it with precision and speed. They located the break in the line and fixed it without damaging the surrounding area. Everything is now flowing properly, and the smell is completely gone.”

Suggest you download the Home Depot app to your cell phone as the search function will give you location of the products you wish to buy. Save you walking around the store for hours on end.”
“All around a great store, I recommend it to anyone. Looking for a depot around the area. There's always a few of that stand out, got Jamie at the pro desk. And I'm gonna feel bad for not remembering this study's name with the lady that's always in checkstand 2. Amazing They're all amazing. But, you know, you have this ones that stand out later's head and um, yeah, militating garden is pretty amazing as well.

“Flex tube for water fountains and above ground pools is on the second shelf need a latter to access it... always find myself driving a bit farther to lowes even though I always go to home detpo first cause it's closer. Lowes had it accessible even with cutters on the shelf so you didn't have to ask for help..”

“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”

“I enjoy the convenience of going to this Home Depot based on the location, but if there is a Home Depot in the local area that will be out of stock of an item, Costa Mesa will be the first to be out of stock. Also, the buy more save more discounts online are not in the store, so it's better to shop online than in the store. I don't know of another retailer that competes so heavily against their Rick and mortar employee run stores.
On the plus side, the check-out associates are generally courteous and quick at moving people through lines. The floor staff in each department are a bit thinned out and often busy with several other people vying for their attention.”
“This review is for one specific employee, Johnathan in building materials. We needed help locating a water barrier for tile board . He took the time to walk with us to where the tile supples are on aisle 39 and radioed for assistance to come help us. He left. We waited… no one came. Then we see Johnathan walking towards us, he checked to see if anyone had been there to help us. When he found out nobody had come, he found someone for us.
Kudos to Johnathan .”

He made this happen quick and painlessly. This tells me that the manager of this store has assembled a team of all stars. Good job guys all store shouldn’t be modeled after yours.”
“After staring at leaves on the floor for weeks, the broken broom was stored in the shed. That's it... I need a big broom to clean everyday. The associate, Keith exceeded my expectations and was professional and accommodating with me as a deaf customer. I was looking for a 36" broom at the broom aisle, and I only saw a 24" broom, not 36". However, I want to spend a little time cleaning the leaves daily, as you can picture; it can be inconvenient to clean with a smaller broom. I showed him my phone to show which broom with 36" I want. At first, we couldn't find the broom until he looked up the product ID. He found it, but it is on top of the shelves in the garden outside area. I was like, dang, I might have to order online, and then I can pick it up. Nope! He pulled up a step-rolling ladder but was unable to get it. He went to get a FORKLIFT to get the broom for me. Wow second attempt. It was beyond my expectations, and I knew I had to post a review. I can tell that day HD employees were very busy, and it was on a weekend, and the parking lot was packed more than usual. Yet Keith still showed his professionalism and went out of his way to help me. Thank you for your excellent customer service!”
“I went into the store looking for a pretty unique item. I really couldn't even describe it. Anyway, there were 2-3 Home Depot employees by the door as I walked in. The two men kind of looked away like they were busy. But one employee named Vivian stepped up to the plate ready to work. We looked at several different isles for the item. Keep in mind this was near closing time in about 5 mins. We didn't find the part but she was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. I was honestly really impressed. I told her manager Chris on the spot but needed to put this in writing. Thanks Vivian for your knowledge, generosity and you had a real tenacity to find this item or even fugue out what I needed. I commend you! You were so natural and easy to talk with. Most of the time the employees make us feel like we are bothering them but they have to understand that not everyone who goes in the store works in that industry. Some out diy husbands trying to figure things out. I think I am better at working on the car but I have ventured into more tasks around the house. A little encouragement from employees like Vivian give you that little kick to fix stuff and each time you get a little better. Awesome employee!”

“This store was really helpful and insightful for when I had just came in. I was referred to by a floor planner that I was working with and right as I came into the store I was greeted and helped with immediately. There were several customers inside being helped and I got helped as soon as they were done. I came in asked for silver underlayment they helped me find the right one and got me in and out with a snap of a finger.”
