I'll be back to this location and Home Depot continues to keep my loyalty thanks to employees like Cat. Thanks again HD Team!

I just want to share my experience tonight Jeff was very helpful and took the time to showed me how to use/install some screws to hang my canvas but when he saw that I was not totally convinced he gave a different option and also did a show and tell. I had been here so many times and was always treated with respect but he exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Jeff for making sure to demonstrate how to use the item I bought as a Training and Safety Manager I felt very happy to have been trained by you!!! Keep up the good work Sir!!

COVID19: Open for business. I never went inside. Ordered my Lysol online and picked them up at the Pick-up lockers next to the front door. Worked like a charm! Plenty of parking out front.

When you try to buy magnets and there is a security seal to get your item out, your customers don't seem to want to wait if the item just opens right up Home depot, customer experience 0/10 3rd home depot looking for magnets that say in stock but can't find them when you get there

This Home Depot is very out of the way for me - but after my first time visit here today, it's something I definitely don't mind driving a bit farther for. The warehouse is huge - just like all the other HDs I've been to - but they carry some of the items that the other locations nearby in Stanton or GG don't have. There were definitely a good amount of shoppers in the store, but it didn't feel crowded. I was able to get all the items I initially came for, and then picked up some additional items that stood out for me. The prices here are competitive - almost on par if not cheaper than Walmart/Target prices - although there were some items that HD carried that was definitely higher than the discount stores. You can browse their selection online - remember to set your store to this location, so the "quantity on hand/in-stock" number is more accurate. Customer service is great here - the associates I spoke to were helpful and definitely knew their way around the store. Some offered advice when I told them what I was shopping for (not necessarily a specific product, but finding something to solve/troubleshoot a problem. A major plus - is that parking is easy here. Unless the mess that is at the HD in GG right across from Costco where the parking lot looks big, but you've got trucks and other cars that are parked in messed up angles - taking out several spaces with them - the parking here is easy in and easy out. Note that the exit is about 40 or so feet from the entrance. Definitely a new favorite for me as far as Home Depot locations go. I don't mind going out of my way to visit this location, since compared to the GG one in terms of parking, friendliness/helpfulness of the associates, selection - the HD Westminster store definitely is the winner!

The Customer Service department is difficult to deal with. I came here to price match from a competitor and customer service gave me a difficult time trying to price match. Do they not want me to shop here? They don't price match Amazon. They said that they only price match from "actual stores". Last time I checked, Amazon is an actual store. You mean, "physical stores" or "brick and mortar"? I found the lower price from an "actual store" Walmart. They told me that it's their online price. I had to argue saying that they have this item at garden grove and then the customer service associate finally stop trying to find another excuse. Moving forward, I'll price match at Lowe's because they have much better customer service.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. Don't order anything online. There is no such thing as a curbside pick-up and I waited close to an hour at their customer service desk for my online order. I'll never order anything online from this Home Depot, again. Their customer service desk has employees that are rude, uncaring and not helpful at all. You are better off at another Home Depot or better yet, at Lowe's.

Ordered a couple of things from their online used the curbside and it was amazing. We had to come 2 separate times Carrie was amazing the first day and Nathan was great the second day! We were offered water and they even loaded the stuff. I'm 9 months pregnant and they helped my husband..great service!

Hey, it is not the first time we shopped at this Home Depot in Westminster! But, it is out of our way and we have been visiting the HD stores in HB. Why we are here is the question of the day! Appears that the other HD and even Loews did not have the solar lighting I wanted that turns on at dusk. So letting my fingers do some searching on HD websites I found that this Home Depot in Westminster has just the items that I wanted. I dont mind the distance if I have to physically go inside the store to get it. But, it is after 9 pm and stores are closed. I decided to give the online purchase and the "curb side pick up" a chance. Ordering on line was easy and filling out the checkout was a bit more daunting, but just pay attention! Done, I get an email that My item is ready for pick up! We drive to the front of the store and find the parking spot #2 was empty. As soon as I checked in on the phone, a nice young lady knocked on the car door and her friendly approach got the item brought to my car by another young lady within just a few short minutes! Wow, if I had gone into the store, i would still be looking for the wanted item. So my first attempt at this Home Depot without going inside the store, definitely earned them a super rating as everything went easy and smooth! Thanks to the young staff members doing the curb side duties!

I went to the store to buy fruit tree and was told truck coming later today. I left and tried calling store multiple times. I finally got a machine that asks what I was calling for. I requested garden department. Machine stated I'll transfer you to lawn & Garden. Nobody answers phone. Every employee has a phone in building but nobody answers incoming calls. Call Lowe's and they answered questions & phone so I'll spend money there.

I got most of the materials from these locations but seem more hassle while shopping here. Any time I need to cut some wood ( most of people need to cut a long piece of wood to the small part because not everyone has a truck or cordless chop saw to cut it at parking lot), nobody show up or someone will show up w a big attitude like it's not my business why you try to disturb me... Today my project is running late I did try to be patient to reach the associated at lumber section to help me cut the wood for over 5 times but nobody even show up then I have to leave the wood there and go home empty hand. I know this company don't care about small customers as most of us so I want to leave a bad review here so you guy can avoid it next time you need something for your projects. Don't waste your time

Without a doubt this is the worst Home Depot ever. Call Do you find out if they had items and they said they had them but when I got here they didn't have them and they weren't willing to work with me to find them them I go to Home Depot twice a day I've been here twice today and now twice I have to go someplace else without a doubt the worst Home Depot ever

I want to express the above and beyond service that I received last month from Cat and Dezarey. I had shown up at the wrong store for my online order on 6-14-2020, I asked if Dezarey could call the other store and cancel order and she did! She was on the line for a long time, then Cat got on the phone as well. Problem was solved! Much appreciated ladies!

The worst Home Depot I had been . The employee is like showing you the garbage face when you try to ask question. Don't feel like working ? Stay home then. it's not necessary to treat your customer this way . So sorry to see ppl working like that.
