Came with my daughter to tried on wedding dresses, Yen was very helpful on picking out the dresses that she likes, she was very humble and friendly, definitely will come back and rent our tuxedos and dresses here.

The staff are great and attentive. Among the rental places I've been to, they have the biggest selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, ao dais, etc. I also rented and found everything I needed for my rước dâu here. They were very patient with all the changes and multiple appointments I had. The girls will definitely go above and beyond to make sure your concerns are addressed and needs met!

Great group of ladies working there and extremely helpful in assisting us. They have great knowledge in style, sizing, and prices that everyone looks for in a rental. My family has used them on several occasions, ranging from tea ceremonies, weddings, and etc.

The ONLY spot you need to go to for your wedding ao dai! The ladies that work there are SOOOO SO sweet. Very helpful when trying to find the right size. I put a deposit down for a dress but decided I wanted to try something else and I was so glad I did. I found THE MOST PERFECT AO DAI! I am so happy!!! We went to the other ao dai store near the Asian garden mall and the lady was rude, didn't know what dress my aunt reserved and was just unorganized. The ladies at Hollywood bridal have EVERYTHING written down, take measurements super fast if your dress needs alterations and just overall very helpful. I got so many compliments on my ao dai! Makes me want to keep it hahah Thank you!!

This place was a life saver!!! Long story short, my original wedding got canceled due to Covid and I had already purchased a dress. Well fast forward 2 years later and I gained weight so I no longer fit in my original dress. I went on a diet and was able to lose 10 lbs, but still didn't fit into it! So with 3 weeks to spare before my big day, I was in a panic to find a new dress. I was SO pleased to discover that I could rent a dress instead of spending a ton of money to buy a new one. I was able to make an appointment on a Sunday. I showed up for my appointment with my mother in law and they had us sit down with about 5 books full with their catalogue. We took our time to look through all the options and bookmarked which dresses I wanted to try on. The ladies were super helpful with answering our questions and attentive to us. I was able to spend 2+ hours trying on dresses and didn't feel rushed. I made my choice and was blown away to learn that it would only cost $300 to rent, with a free veil (which I didn't wear, but that's still a nice perk)!! Unreal!!!! I recieved so many compliments on the dress. The whole process was easy and they were able to make a quick adjustment to the dress when I tried it on again during pickup. Thank you Hollywood bridal, I'm recommending you to friends and family who are getting married!

It should of been done right the first time and being honest to customer. We rented suppose to be total 4 items after incident this past weekend in October to November. Received a call voicemail regarding one of the dress that is rip and will not be avaliable for Pick up on 11/02/2022 at last minute as a result we want choose another dress which won't be avaliable immediately. As we don't live near by at all is takes time and gas to just drive out there is. inconvience instead of taking care of the rest of the bill, we did alrwady put down more then half the bill they still have audacity want us to pay half. If is American business they would do it right and care od it. The qipao was missing lots od sequin a whole line or 2 and couple in back and didnt say anything. I will never return her again i will bring my business somewhere else they take care and care about their customer and have one on one appointment not just whole grouo walking in on back in August. Is frustrating

I did NOT have a good experience here. My appointment to try wedding dresses was smooth enough. Fast forward two months, I had to take some time off of work one afternoon to drive 2 hours to Hollywood Bridal and pick up my dress rental in preparation for my wedding weekend. Not only was the dress not ready, but the repairs on it that were supposed to be done were not done at all. I had to waste another hour waiting for the seamstress to complete the reparations that should have been done in the two month span from my first appt. Not only that, but they kept taking other customers ahead of me. What should have been final fitting of 10-15 minutes (which is what they told me), I was there over an hour waiting. I was so upset, I had to go outside so that they didn't see that I was crying in anger. This place was recommended to me by a very close friend who is Vietnamese and friends with the owner. But I guess you have to be Vietnamese to get treated well. No apologies, no sympathy, nothing from them as they gave me my dress and sent me on my 2.5 hour drive home because it was so late already. I do not recommend this place at all, I had a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish upon any bride.

As a coordinator, I am often prepare to do the heavy lifting of putting together decor for weddings. With Hollywood bridal, I didn’t have to lift a finger. Not only did they make the space look beautiful, they were early for set up and on time for breakdown. Make sure you book with them for decor, you won’t regret it!

Vy is a wonderful person running this place. We came in for the groom, 8 groomsmen, brides parents and brides brother for rentals. I must say that Vy is very organized and efficient at her job and I can see that she enjoys every bit of it. I can't wait for the final fitting closer to the wedding, very excited, thanks.

Environment: Parking is pretty tricky. The shop is located in a busy shopping plaza. During weekdays, parking is easy, but on weekends, parking is more difficult. Walking in, there are dresses organized on racks everywhere. On the right side, there are fancier dresses while the other side had more regular dresses. My mother and I were greeted by one of the workers when we walked in. Let them know the occasion and what you're looking for. Dresses: I came in looking for an ao dai to rent for a photo shoot I was doing for school. Those who don't know what an ao dai is - it is a traditional Vietnamese dress worn for any occasion. I wasn't looking for anything too dramatic, just a regular dress. There are many dresses with sizes that range from an XS to XL measurement. Sizes can also be adjusted by the workers. They offered different styles: short sleeve, long sleeve, lace, silk, etc. I thought their color selection were limited, but I was able to find the color & style I was looking for - baby blue, laced, long sleeve. Staff: Workers spoke English and Vietnamese. The worker that helped us was very nice and courteous. First, she took my measurements. After, I was then able to find a dress corresponding to the measurements she took. I was also able to try on my dress. The workers gave me the pants to see how the entire outfit would look. Despite one worker that rudely bumped into me and kept walking without saying anything, our experience with the staff was good. Check out: Once you find your dress, let the workers know. They will give you the option of the color pants you would like. They will also ask whether you'd like any adjustments made to the dress. Then proceed to payment. They will give you a date to pick up and drop off, so it will give them time to clean the dress and make any adjustments. Price: Prices depended on the style of the dress. Dresses with fancier designs were more expensive compared to other dresses. Since my dress was a laced long sleeve, it was $32. I thought it was expensive considering I was renting it for a day. Payments can be made in full, but 50% of the total needs to be deposited the day you place a hold on your dress.
