The lady I had cut my hair like I asked. She evened it out. It was cut by someone else at a different salon that messed up my hair. Now all I have to do is let my hair grow for a while. Then go back in here and have a lady cut and style my hair. Thanks for fixing my haircut.

They changed the owner. I asked for a perm and to keep my long hair, even the guy asked me twice if I want to keep my long hair, I said Yes but he still cut it short anyway. What's the point of getting a perm and just cut it all after? I didn't ask for a trim?

This was the second time I came to high hair salon. Ellen is a very sweet . She listens and genuinely tried to make her customers happy. My hair was blond and my roots had grown out very long. I told her that I want to go back to brown and let her work her magic. She dyed it and even styles it the way I wanted without extra charge. I love the way my hair came out and I'd most likely go back to her in the future if I need anything else done.

My hair came out exactly how I wanted it to!! The hair stylist was great :) she made sure my hair was still healthy and didn't over bleach my hair despite me wanting it lighter Bc my hair is super weak. The stylist knows best
