I was recommended to use Hess. First time doing taxes with a person. I was only told to bring my W2s and 2021 taxes. Brought requested documents. Interaction was pleasant. No complaints. But I informed them I've never done a tax file with someone. They reassured me and I felt assured. We went back and forth for less than 30 minutes. Return super low, $14 Fed low. They didn't even ask about any deductions or any tax write offs. I used TurboTax for my past. They have a Free plan or $30 for assistance. I received more clarification, return, and explanations better by TurboTax... sad to say. So, I was charged $151 for less than 30 minutes of their time and them filing. Use TurboTax. Would never recommend new people to come here. May be great for existing, but truly feels like no care is giving for new clients. Extremely disappointed.

Laura from Hess tax is absolutely AMAZING! She is so friendly and patient and knows what she is doing. She has been doing my taxes since 2003 and I would NEVER go anywhere else. I even moved over 50miles away and still go to her. If you need someone that knows there stuff and cares about you like family, Laura is your gal

Laura and Jennifer are amazing! I have come here for a few years now and it has been wonderful every year. It's nice knowing that I can call them anytime throughout the year and they will answer any of my questions. I will definitely stay with them!

Fast, Friendly and Accurate and when you add that the prices are competitive, what more could I ask for... I recommend them to everyone.
