Website and all other relevant information says open to the public, i call needing equipment for an ill relative and I'm given the run around, told they no longer sell to the public, but they might again, call back in an hour.... yeah so when you do reopen to the public myself and everyone I know will avoid this place like the plague (pun intended)In case the person over the phone was lying when he said he asked his manager, his name is Brandon

Just got back from taking my rollator to get the wheel fixed. Unfortunately the wheel bearing was broke. I was low on cash however, the manager have me a perfectly fine used one for free!!! I recommend Health Essentials to anyone who wants honest, kind hearted people with awesome service .Thanks HEATH ESSENTIALS.

Do not use very poor service person in charge is Office Manager who has no knowledge of their equipment or need of patients with COPD. Plus refuse to service our back up E tanks to be used during power outage. Does not an E tank from an M6 system small tank. DO NOT TRUST YOUR PATIENT LIVES WITH THEM!!!

I have to express my thanks to Health Essentials and to Monty in particular. I had purchased a brand new oxygen concentrator and was not sure it was producing the proper flow as specified. Although Health Essentials doesn't service my brand and Monty knew I would not be a potential customer, Monty offered to check the flow rate for free. He checked the flow rate and declared it to be working fine and as specified. This removed a gigantic worry from my mind. Not only did he take the time to check my machine at no charge, he gave me a fifty foot canula for free! Such kindness and selfless interaction with the public, with no hope for profit, is truly rare and highly commendable.

Health Essentials is the best medical supply company I've dealt with to date. In the care of my brother, mother and father I've had to deal with five or six different medical supply companies. This company has given me the best service by far with friendly staff who know what they're doing. Special thanks to Rob. He's got the old school customer service by being available and following through daily. He even sourced me some things that they don't sell. You're the best Rob!

Great rates on wheelchair rentals and outstanding customer service. A short-term rental turned into a long one for us. When we finally bought the chair, they gave us a great price. Months later, one screw fell and they offered to look at it and tighten the rest. It gave my mom great peace of mind before her trip. Thank you
