My family and I bought hard rubber mattresses to prevent back pain here. The mattresses are very good, the sales ladies here are very dedicated and what I like best is that I don't have to haggle over the price, always the same. The mattress is very cool, very comfortable. Thank you Happy2ez, those who need a good mattress with a straight back should come to Happy2ez. They come in a wide variety of hardnesses.

Bed frame broken within 4 months and no customer support or warranty what so ever. They will ignore you if you ask any kind of warranty

I normally only take the time to give businesses good reviews. Unfortunately this place was not all that I had read about. Let me explain. My family and I walked in to a completely empty store and the only employee working there was on the phone. Which sounded like a personal call. This woman never greeted us or even acknowledge that we walked in. I personally have worked a customer service position and know that when a potential customer walks in you make eye contact and greet them. She should have paused her personal phone call for a second to do so. So we kindly took our business else where. Why would I spend thousands of dollars at a business that doesn't respect me as a customer. Note to owner, please train your employees to respect all that walk in regardless of age, gender, or nationality. If you were the owner on the phone when we walked in then shame on you.

It's an ok shop. Nice sales lady, altho i could not hear her very well (very soft spoken). Shop is Limited to only firm, extra firm and super firm choices, with some that offer additional softer toppings. Price might be ok for people who like these types of mattresses, but I prefer a shop that's willing to have zippers on their Latex mattresses so I can look inside. I also prefer to see updated certifications. The one on their wall is dated 2018! I doubt any of these mattresses are organic, but then organic is just two steps beyond regular natural latex processes... so only for those who wish to pay more for "proof" that there aren't any chemicals. Bottom line, I discovered a couple great online shops that don't charge tax, offer free delivery, and super custom options, plus all other qualifies I look for in a company and latex mattresses , plus these are less expensive than anywhere else.
