I truly hate writing negative reviews for a business but this is one of those times where I feel like I needed to. My nails came out so bad I now have to go pay someone else to go fix them. She was talking to someone else while using the filing tool and wasn't even looking at what she was doing. I kept pulling away because I knew she was going to cut me which she did. My nails came out so much worse than when I came in and are all lumpy with bubbles in them. One is completely crooked and a whole different color. They aren't at all the shape they were originally and truly looks like a toddler did them. It cost me $45 which is more than I pay any where else for a fill but she was close by so I chose to go in anyways. Really would think twice before going here and really wish I would have had the courage to speak up at the end and have her redo them rather than pay for them.

Never do micro blading here! I was asked to bring cash, didn't get the receipt, my brows were ruined! I asked for refund because I need money to fix my brows and do real micro blading but Ty refused! I sent official request and haven't heard back. Besides she didn't show what materials she used or how sanitary the equipment was she used on me. I have to go through pain again because what Ty did is not micro blading. She scarred and cut my brows for nothing. I hope she won't hurt any one else.

I went there to get my acrylics removed and received unprovoked comments about my acne and my weight. I was told that I would look good if I just ate healthier and went to the gym more. Completely unprofessional. I am eating a whole pack of Reese's out of spite.

I made an appointment for Dip on my nails. They didn’t do what I asked! She used acrylic and gel polish when I asked for dip. My pedicure was fine, but my nails are bumpy and uneven! I will fix them myself. Waste of $40!Services: Manicure

My niece brought my mom to get a manicure. The owner named Ivy did my mom's nails and did a terrible job. The nail polish was old and gummy. My mom said it looked worse than a kid doing her nails. When she got home the polish starting chipping right away so my mom had no choice but to remove it. My niece called the salon and explained what happened and they told her they would redo her nails. My mom went by herself and she said she felt so uncomfortable as they treated her like s**** Nobody greeted her or apologized. The man who works there ended up doing her nails but never said one word and the lady Ivy looked annoyed the entire time. Not a good way to treat customers at all! I myself have came here before and there was a reason why I never returned. Ivy is bipolar. One day she is nice and the next time she looks all pissed. She has had me wait forever when I have had a scheduled appt as she was working on someone's hair and also on another lady's nails! Like why overbook?! Anyways It is not right the way they treated my mom who rarely pampers herself. Terrible way to treat customers!!

Please please do not go here. I went in yesterday and this lady burned my hair literally all of it. I didn’t realize till I got home and felt it. I texted her and she called me and told me it was my fault because I had coloring before. She also said all I could do now is use deep conditioner. That will not fix anything my hair is falling in pieces. Please save your hair do not go here.Service: Hair coloring

While my nail tech was very nice the quality of the service wasn’t great. The paint didn’t even reach the bed of my nail which I hope wasn’t done purposefully. The paint was uneven as well. I got a light colored glitter nail so it wasn’t very noticeable. I told them I had to leave by and I arrived at 5 6 and they said they could get me out by then but both staff members were busy and when I sat down It felt rushed.

These people talk about you in front of your face. Assuming you don't understand their language. Very rude and will charge you and do a lousy job. Amy is a hypocrite person. Never coming back.

The shop is not clean and the owner is not very nice.I got my hair cut by the owner and she cut it unevenly. One side was shorter than the other. When I went back to ask her to fix it, she blamed me!Needless to say not going back.Services: Haircut
