I feel horrible for not remembering his name. Josh, James. Whoever was working the register at 3:29pm on 3/14/24 He was absolutely fabulous. I'd come back just for him. Top notch customer service.

I am a big fan of Vintage Glassware and Knick Knacks and randomly go to Goodwills in my area. I don't often get over to the Centerwest location and was happy I did. I purchased some unique items tonight and enjoyed my shopping experience . The store was well stocked, very clean along with a great selection. A big shout out to Ernesto who provided a friendly smile and friendly Customer Service. It makes a huge difference to shop at a place of business where the Employee as Ernesto takes pride in their job and shares kind remarks about the enjoyment of their employment while conversing at checkout! Great Job Ernesto! I will be back more often and share about my experience with others.

This place charges $12.99 for used ugly dresses; no dress should be above $9.99 (color of the week is a joke, change it to color of the day and get things moving). Then both bathrooms were for employees only? No bathrooms for elderly, disabled or children? Never shopping here, this place is whack and doesn’t treat customers with compassion and dignity.

Spacious to come in the store. The staff is pretty nice. I wish it had taken a bit quicker for the checking-out process. Convenient for other places to go around to eat or shop else where.

I accidentally donated my water bottle at 3:33 PM and when I came back the people there were very friendly and doing my blue water bottle! I really appreciate the help from you guys! Next time if I donate things I will come to the Westminster location rather than any other good will location. Keep it up fellows :))

store always turns the light off 10 mins before closing the door. That's rude to their customers.

This place is a haven for vagrants. They loiter in the front, back, and inside of the business. They'll go to the donation drop-off in the back and go through the pallets before the employees can. They leave the area in a complete mess. No fault to the employees who work there. Their hands are tied when it comes to dealing with these people. The presence of this establishment impacts other businesses within the same shopping center.
