Went here to get a single thing. The doctor upstairs already sent down the prescription. Said had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. That's whatever, but it's currently 40 minutes in and I'm still waiting.

This pharmacy is prolonged. Every time I get my medicine, I have to wait for 1 hour or more, and there aren't even that many people. When I looked through their glass, I saw three people working. There were also three customers or patients. I bet my grandma can work faster than this place. I highly suggest that nobody should go here. This is the reason why I am moving to a different pharmacy.

This place is way too slow. Every time I get my medicine here, it is a time-consuming process. It takes me over an hour for just two small containers of medicine. This place is probably the worst pharmacy ever. Please, for your own time, don't go here. You will regret it.

I wait for about 30 minutes for only 2 rx ( Flonase and Hydrocortisone 2.5% tube) although I already call in advance for them to prepare the refill. And I see that there are 3 workers inside the pharmacy.

Do not come here for your meds. They double dip by charging customers full price while putting in claims to your health insurance. They ask that you pay in cash and do not provide receipts. I can't imagine how many people they've done this to. My mom had come here for my dad's meds a couple of times before she noticed something was suspicious. They had the audacity to be rude--as if they are the only pharmacy around. I will be letting all my family and friends know. We will be reporting this illegal activity to my parent's health insurance, State Insurance Fraud Bureau, and the State Medical Boards. They need to be investigated and charged.

This pharmacy is a fraud and need to be reported to the medical board, business bureau, and health insurance for unethical and fraudulent practices. They are literally stealing money from patients, older folks like my parents who don't know any better. Younger folks please watch out for your parents if you can, and check with your insurance to see what they cover for your medicine. My parents went to fill their prescriptions here because of convenience from the doctor in the same plaza. My dad is very sick. His insurance covers for 75% of the cost of his medicine. However, instead of charging my parents for only 25% of the cost, they charge my parents for the full amount. That means they pocket DOUBLE the amount of the actual cost of the medicine, from insurance end and from the patient. This is malicious and unethical practice! I was so mad when my parents told me the story. They profit so much just by doing this to the older patients who don't know. Also, they don't give out receipts and ask patients to pay cash only, so no one can trace their fraudulent activities! Also, they are very sneaky about it, they won't try this on expensive medicine because it makes it too obvious. They will do this to you on cheaper ones because no one will question paying $10 or $15. Please don't support this business because they are literally thieves robbing your moms and pops. Not only are they fraudulent, they have bad nasty attitudes. I write this review to make the community aware and not come here. They need to be shut down. The pharmacist should have her license revoked. How they can do this to people who are old and sick is disgusting! Karma is a b***** They will pay for their greed and leeching off of sick people. Please don't buy medicine from them. I'm a supporter of small local businesses, but if they do bad business and rip off the weak, elderly, and especially the sick, then it's morally wrong. Don't know how they sleep at night. Go to trustworthy pharmacies like Target, Walgreens, or CVS.
