The service I received on Feb 25 was very good. Shehla was at the checkout and she was very kind, courteous, and helpful. It is so nice to have someone actually acknowledge my presence and take the time to speak with me. Her effort to be helpful set the tone for my day.

I know this is HD and not a unique restaurant but the vibe at this location is great. I always get good advice on finding and using products from here. Appreciated the friendly check out from Shehla. Perfect example of it is free to be cordial. Great job on the leadership of hiring, training, and checking in with their staff. Hope everyone has the same experience.

I came to look for tiles but couldn't find any besides from the wood and the laminated in tiles section. Ended up buying outdoor bricks. Not sure if it's too cold or plants are not in season or something. I was hoping I could find citronella or eucalyptus plants :(

Went to Home Depot a couple of days ago to look at flooring and we had no clue! Diane Luker helped us and lowered our stress, she was so helpful and kind, she let us know the different types of flooring and with her expert knowledge we easily picked what we needed for our shed. It's now installed and looks great! Diane reminds me of how people used to be, helpful, kind and truly cares about the customers. Thank you so much for helping us!

Home Depot's restocking system is so outdated that items are frequently out of stock. Although a little more pricey, smaller stores such as Ace Hardware offer much better service and availability.

My blinds order had a mistake and was too short. I worked with Diane and Ellie who helped fix the problem. Sometimes mistakes happen. People are human. It's how they rectified the problem that makes the difference. That is where I give Diane and Ellie 5-Stars!

As a contractor the workers here don't understand how important time is to us contractors. These guys were clueless to top it off they didn't even know how to drive a forklift and got upset when I told them to hand me the keys I'm licensed. long story short I had to load all my material by hand DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

One star for their delivery service. I ordered online, paid $89 flat fee for curbside delivery dropoff . There was a delivery window of 6am-8pm window! On delivery date I sat around waiting for them, checked the app for tracking information and it said awaiting truckload mid day, and then an hour later the tracking said "delivery was attempted but sorry we missed you"! Yet no one came, after two phone calls and being put on hold they confirmed that no one came to my house, and their third party delivery service didn't have my order in their system! I have scheduled my contractors to use the supply the next day so I scrambled to arrange for a neighbor to come pick up the supplies and my delivery service fee was waived. THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED IT'S VERY UNRELIABLE!

Unbelievable Trickery. Very Used ladder arrived. 11/18/2023 By disappointed I intedned to purchase a new ladder (for nearly $400). What arrived was clearly used and used hard. Delivery lady said thats how they are. When I called the store the supervisor tried to defend the terrible service and product as if 'thats all we have available' is my problem ot good enough. Shame on HomeDepot. Shame on store #6639

Don't rent the truck at here!Believe me ,going to rent uhaul better than service here thousand times.I am not happy to rent the truck here. There are many problems happening to you if renting truck here. 1. They steal your gas money by cheating the gas level!!!they don't check it and put whatever lying on paper.You found it and they open their mouth saying sorry to the mistake of gas level,give you the credit store and they would charge u not filling out the gas on tomorrow (specially men on wheelchair) 2. The employee at counter working with their head going somewhere .I return the key on right time,but they don't check out me at that time . I ask store assistant manager to solve out problem and check the camera but her attitude is bossy and contemptuous ,saying simply can't fix the system and give u the off coupon what I could do and no refund. In the end ,u was charge money more than the service you used and no one resolved your problem or say a sorry. Very disappointing and bad service here make all your day going down and get upset!!!

For the most part, I love Home Depot. It was my first job as a kid & as a new homeowner, I could spend all my time & money there. But it's like an abusive love/hate relationship I have a hard time walking away from. This Home Depot is consistently disappointing & is starting to outweigh the benefit of being 8 minutes from my house. Sink order: 4 separate & individual orders placed for ONE sink and every single one of them were cracked and damaged upon inspection. Ended up ordering 9 of the same sink to be delivered in-store so that I could stop wasting time going back and forth to Home Depot. Found 1 of the 9 that wasn't damaged and returned the rest of the 8. It sounds ridiculous, because it is. That's what you have to do to save yourself the headache of broken products from them. BathTub order: Same story. 2 separate interactions for one tub. Getting old but hey, 2 tubs isn't that bad. (Lowering standards with every purchase...) Cabinet order: Ordered & assured delivery to store was on Thursday. No-show. Made sure I was available & planned to pick up the order as promised. Cleared out my truck & my schedule. Friday comes around and am told "probably by end of day?" Employees there are nice - they aren't the issue at all, but it's something at the corporate/management level that needs to look into this lack of quality control & the frequent logistic issues. Tip: Be ridiculous & completely inspect the product before taking it home. Especially if it's a product delivered to the store. And order 3-10x what you need, and then return the rest once you pick out the ones worth keeping. Maybe a collective effort of ridiculous orders and returns will force Home Depot to take more care of their deliveries? *throws hands up in the air*

My sister bought a Home Depot gift card for $300 here & mailed it to the recipient. When the card was used it was no good. The card number had been stolen & used somewhere in Canada. Home Depot Westminster refused to reimburse or issue a new card. While the theft of the money may be unrelated to where it was bought, they still received $300 that she will never get the value for. Home Depot Westminster says not our problem, talk to your bank. Bank says not our problem, it's a gift card theft. Bottom line, if you can't back an activated card that has proof of activation then, stop selling them. $300 is nothing to Home Depot. They will knock that off the price of a dented appliance. Terrible terrible customer service.

This manager at Home Depot are cheapskates with customers . I offered 50% on a large broken acrylic sheet and they would only give me 25% so I did not take it. Why don't you try to be nice to your customers. It's broken and you still would have made money on it . 2:30 pm 6/2/23

i just bought the refrigerator from this store, the price is too high($250 same model) compare to Costco. lesson learned never buy from Home Depot before checking pricing from costco or other store.
