Got what I went in for, saved money, and got a deal on a t shirt too. The gentleman there who helped me was very helpful and knew his video game info very well. Highly recommend this place.

I won’t buy here unless my usual cashiers are here. The new people are horrible.
I buy games here frequently new without the seal, which is quite annoying. So I only buy games I plan to play immediately and have inspected the case thoroughly. Today they refused to sell me an opened “new game” without putting stickers on it. Ridiculous they insist on ruining the case. Beware the new employees ??? losing money for GameStop.

The guy at the front is rude to woman. He was treating me like I was dumb as rocks. I had to have my boyfriend take over and speak to him. I went in for a replacement for a controller that I had a warranty on…I don’t know why that warrants an attitude. His name was Sean.

These guys stink. The last pre-order I placed there, I went to pick it up on release and they said there was an error with the order. They wouldn't let me pick up the game even though I had already paid for it in advance. Then they joke about people not being able to pick up preorders the next time I'm there (seriously wtf?!). I've had them tell me that my monthly pro reward wasn't redeemable at their location; I go to Westminster Mall Gamestop the same day and they say it's fine. When people say Gamestop has poor service, it's stores like these that really enforce that unfortunate sentiment. I know that it's a big company but the brain-rotted employees only do things to make the experience more frustrating for their own customers. I'm definitely planning to shop at Gamestop less after my experiences here, and I don't plan on returning to this store even if I am. Screw these guys.

Rachel from GameStop has one of the best customer service experiences we ever encountered. She went out of her way and went the extra mile for us.Watching her also with other customers gave that family business vibe.We are here on vacation from Canada and she was definitely one of the HL of our trip.
