Customer services of all time low if Roberto could move any faster or have a more positive attitude that would be great super negative experience I know the mall is closing and the dudes probably depressed but don't take it out on your clientele that's been there since day one seriously GameStop find quality employees not stuck up ones

Great customer service.. made my purchase online for pickup. My game was ready. I had no problems. The manager knew exactly what to do. Thanks. I wish that all retail stores would function like that. ?

They sold me a broken game and refused to refund me. Goto RetroGames Plus on beach/slater instead. They always test their games and will resurface your games before you buy them. They even test it in person for you. This GameStop sucks and I wasted a good amount of my money here. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

My experience at GameStop was incredibly disappointing. The store lacked organization and customer service was subpar. I found the staff to be unhelpful and disinterested in assisting customers. Additionally, the condition of some products was below standard, and the prices seemed unreasonably high compared to other retailers and online stores. Overall, my visit left much to be desired in terms of both service and product quality.

Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon. I tried to return a controller I purchased 60 days ago and got offered $6. I could not return this sooner due to covid. There is no reason to buy products from Gamestop if they don't stand behind what they sell. If you purchase from Amazon the return is easy and you won't have to deal with Gamestop offering you garbage in return for the money you spent. Amazon is the way!!!

Went in to buy some games and was looking for about 15 min, almost ready to check out and the worker tells me he has to close the store bc it’s 30 min past his lunch break and the other employee was supposed to be there 30 min ago. I said well can I buy these games really fast? And he informed me he had already clocked out… like okay, bad customer service if you ask me, would have liked to been informed of this before choosing something to buy.

The guy was very rude all I was doing was getting a fnaf plush for a gift and that guy was rudely telling me to get out so I just grabbed my plushy fast and paid and the guy said that my money was fake so I use a different bill just to find out from a different store that the 20$ that he said was fake is real I just hope he is alright and maybe he had just been working all day and was tired

Went into game stop, Jamie helped me out with a game choice and I even got a pro membership to save on the deals! Very polite young man answered all my questions that I was concerned about. Ive recently been to this gamestop because of his great customer service. Thank you GameStop!
