The manager is really cool and helpful, but the store experience is really inconsistent.
Sometimes, you can't get a table in there to play a game, and you won't know until you show up. This is the only hobby store I know of that closes for almost an hour each day for lunch, which is understandable as it's a one man show but can be frustrating.
If you're thinking about making this your hobby home base, I would advise finding another nearby.

The manager consistently goes above and beyond to support new and old community members. He made my entry into a fairly intimidating hobby smooth and welcoming. I’ve really enjoyed my time here.

Michael is a great dude , I recently wanted to get into the hobby and he was very helpful in helping me start up and he even offers some free painting sessions (Which I will attend since Im new), it sucks that its only one person running the show but over as my first Warhammer shop experience it was 5/5.

Store is great! Would come again. They got a lot of warhammer miniatures. But what makes this place great is Michael. He is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Service is just top tier.

Dusting my old Yelp account off to give a local store some well deserved props. Roughly six months ago my 4 year old son and I stopped by on a random weekend. The place was packed! The owner (super busy due to the event that was ongoing) still found the time to make me and my son feel extra welcome. He even gave my son a Space Marine mini! So I stopped by last week having found a few moments to dive into a new hobby. Again, the customer service was top shelf. Very knowledgeable and provided me with all the options available to me as a point of entry. Off a glance, you can tell this location is run by a staff of one. Devoted to his dream of having a successful shop and building a strong and friendly player base. Supporting him in that goal is the least I can do for the offered free assistance in building / painting my minis and finding games which will be a bit more noob friendly. I'll be happy to return and feed my newly formed addiction, and hope this location sticks around for years to come.

I know nothing of Warhammer. I did not buy anything from the store. I was merely browsing. However, Michael was absolutely amazing! He was very accommodating and friendly and gave me his full attention. I highly recommend his business to everyone and any employer/owner would be stoked to have him!
