Signed me up with wrong company, billed wrong amount, took months to correct, by then cancelled by company, caused by freeways attempt to up sell without permission. disreputable. Rude. Dishonest. Avoid.

Valerie and David were extremely rude. My policy was canceled without my notice because my the auto payment didn’t go through. Which wasn’t my fault. Not even a call to update me. Rather, a mail was sent out which I didn’t receive on time. The agents just want to make a commission off people rather than keeping customers. Do me a favor and go with State Farm or any better insurance company. Freeway insurance company is a rip off and do not I repeat do not sign up with them.

Daniela was an amazing and very helpful lady , I went in with co worker to help translate to Spanish besides her being super nice she was bilingual helped us apply for a rs22 we were out of there in like half hour and was able to go back in time to dmv and complete our driver license. I recommend this agency .
