I'm not one to leave negative reviews frequently, but my experience at Fish Warehouse left me with no choice. To start off, the stench as soon as I entered was beyond the normal fishy smell. It was overpowering and hinted at a lack of freshness. The organization, or lack thereof, was evident. Boxes were haphazardly stacked, with some fish exposed and seemingly not on ice. I questioned the safety and quality of the products they were selling. The staff? Seemingly disinterested. When I had questions about the source and freshness of their products, I was met with dismissive responses. One would think a place called "Fish Warehouse" would have knowledgeable employees passionate about their offerings. Lastly, the prices were astonishingly high for the apparent quality (or lack thereof). I've sourced fish from various spots in town and this place, by far, was the least value for money. Safe to say, I left without purchasing anything and won't be returning. If you're looking for fresh seafood and a pleasant shopping experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Good prices and the owner and older lady are very friendly. Definitely coming back when I get my pond. He restock his inventory on Tuesdays.

An amazing experience!!! Had to go here and see for myself if this store was another to add to help my Goldfish obsession. Was recommended by another fellow fish keeper and at first thought it was a little lack luster BUT once heading deeper in the store I was greeted by the sweetest old woman and amazing goldfish, and sure there was a language barrier, but she knew her fish and buisnes lol later was helped by her son and the price and quality of fish was just right will return soon~

Awesome place, I went to check out some of the tanks available and didn’t realize all the fish they have as well! Great prices on both the fish and tanks. Good customer service as well!

WE WERE MISTREATED! THEY ENCOURAGED US TO COME AND THEY WOULD NOT HELP US! WE DROVE NEARLY 4 HOURS IN TRAFFIC TO GET A FISH TANK THEY OFFERS US OVER THE PHONE FOR THEM TO TELL US SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASED IT AND IN KENNYS WORDS "WHELP"! HOW RUDE!! I don't know if it was because of our ethnicity but it definitely felt that way. Our convo, started with Kenny on Facebook and Offerup. Kenny then sent pictures of the fish tanks and we selected the one we wanted which was a 310-gallon tank. We drove a total of 4+ hours in traffic. When we got there, Kenny was in his vehicle and my husband asked him if he was the guy we spoke to online, he rudely said no and walked away. We went into the store and saw the fish tank. Kiem measured our truck (F150) and said it wouldn't fit, however it would so we continued with the transaction. Up to this point, they never mentioned that it was unavailable. When it was time to load it onto our truck, they did not want to load it. The fish tank was $2900.00 and we were more than willing to pay it. My husband should have gotten a discount for the lack of customer service. My husband went to surrounding businesses and offered them $60.00 to load it onto our truck and the business agreed. However, Fish Warehouse still refused to sell it to us. We told them we drove from the high desert, and why would they send us pictures of these particular fish tanks if they would not sell them to us. Kenny's response was "Whelp". The only thing I could imagine is that they saw us and didn't want to help us. I mean, what business randomly turns down $2900.00 after an agreement is made? Lastly, after that ridiculous commute for nothing - they then told us to come back tomorrow... They are rude and lack sympathy for customers driving very far for their products.
